Alicia is a wonder to work with. We have used her twice for trips to New Zealand and found her to be very thorough in her research given the outlines we gave her. She was especially helpful getting my husband and son back home in the middle of the Covid pandemic.

Wonderful Destination Wedding

Alicia was very helpful and always quick to reply to emails. She organized an excursion for our trip before we had even left home to a cave tour and rum distillery. She did a great job organizing all the different cities people were flying out of to come to the destination wedding. It was a wonderful trip away. Loved it all. Our hotel was Bahia Principe Esmeralda. It was beautiful and well cared for. The employees were all very friendly and tried to remember our names. The only person who wasn't friendly was the agent with Air Transat at the hotel. He was not impressed that my daughter and I had booked an excursion from home instead of with him. So the next 2 excursions we took we booked with someone else at the hotel who was happy to get our business. We had a great day going to Santo Domingo and another on a Catamaran snorkeling.

Covid fatigue ……..break out trip.

Never going without!

I'm this 'New Normal' I would NEVER travel without a travel agent and Alicia is AMAZING. We booked in on a cruise from Amsterdam to St Petersburg and we would have been lost without her. She clearly laid out restrictions and expectations for each port (Covid related) along with keeping us prepared for the trip there and back.

Pre Covid I rarely utilized a travel agent. Now that I have found Alicia I am never going back! I am sailing worry free.

I have never utilized a travel agent because I am typically proficient booking complex trips on my own. I used Alicia to book a river cruise for my husband and I’s honeymoon because I saw online that she specializes in them and I have no experience with them. I am so glad that I did. She really was so helpful, informative and went above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for us. She alerted us to a change in embarkation port that I may not have seen on my own until last minute. She also provided us with all of the necessary documents electronically and physically and a travel guide for the area we were going to, which was very nice. She is very knowledgeable about river cruises and helped us pick the best fit for us and answered all of our questions. Our First River Cruise!

Her planning and attention to detail s top notch.

HMMM a something I just thought of or forget to ask…. Check the itinerary prepared by Alicia and the information is usually there or with a quick reference identified to follow up.. Definate stress reducer. We found her recommendations as to who what where and when we wanted t o see and do based on her initial interview with us to be bang on in terms of planning and executing to provide the best experience possible for our holiday times.
Most stressful part of the trip was worrying about the airlines cancelling or delaying the flights. Once we departed the plane devised by Alicia kicked into gear and it was easy sailing and fun times for the rest of the holiday
A hotel 2 minutes from the Trevi Fountain in Rome . Golf cart or small private tours taking in all of the major sites of Rome and then Barcelona

Alicia Saves the Day!

Alicia is truly remarkable at making any trip completely seamless and stress free. When our flight out of Edmonton was cancelled due to cold weather which made us miss our connecting (once a week) flight to Kauai she instantly took control and turned a bad situation into a positive experience. She looked after every detail. She secured seats for us on a flight the next day to Honolulu and then arranged inter island flights to get us to Kauai after we enjoyed spending the night on Waikiki Beach in a hotel (booked by Alicia) with the most amazing view of the beach and Diamond Head. We would have been totally lost in this situation without Alicia!! She is the BEST!

We recently returned from Huatulco Mexico. Alicia has booked several trips for us now. When you leave the planning to her you know that it will be a worry free vacation. Adventurous and full-filed trip to the DR

Westjet Nov 5 Fiasco

So WJ had a major computer failure on Nov 5 … stranding people around the world. We were lucky our flight never left YEG after 2 delays and boarding the aircraft. Alicia spent in excess of 20 hours on the phone with WJ trying get us ti Cancun with no luck. WJ finally did a complete cancel after 48 hours and ssid they could not accommodate us at all. Alicia ensured we got prompt and full ticket refunds and registered us for the $1000 compensation as called for in the CDN pass. Rights legislation. It will likely be a fight with WJ on that one, but at least Alicia get us our ticket refunds asap.

Alicia is the best!!! No other way to put it.

She helped us plan an amazing New Zealand adventure. Then when we were interrupted by the progression of the pandemic her expertise really showed.

She had all the information we needed and was critical in making our return trip during the chaos as smooth as could be. Her attention to detail ensured we were properly insured and were able to handle the trip cancellation and last minute details with ease.

Amazing trip, cut short and managed so well!

One of the best ways to judge a person is how they manage themselves in a crisis and boy did we have a crisis. On our trip to Barcelona Alicia made sure we had all the information we needed for our trip but of course none of this prepared us for the Covid-19 outbreak and the urgent need to leave Spain. There were 6 people in our trip, 3 couples, each had booked through a different method. 1 booked on their own, the other a different agent, and us through Alicia. Before things even became critical in Spain Alicia was in contact with us keeping us aware of what was going on and how things were escalating. When it became obvious it was time to leave Alicia calmly made all the arrangements for our changed flights and even knew of a perfect hotel for our layover in Amsterdam (a place we loved so much that we cannot wait to go back to). While we were relaxed knowing everything was taken care of the others faced being just a number in a queue. I would highly recommend Alicia!

Happy Anniversary

It was once again an absolutely wonderful experience working with Alicia. She thinks of everything and is so efficient as well as friendly and accommodating. The trip was so well planned and went off without a single ripple. The hotels we stayed in on either end of the River Cruise were awesome and the private guides she found for us both in Prague and Budapest were amazing. Best Trip adviser make vacation a huge success!

The planning and attention to detail from the start was very impressive. I felt at ease with Alicia handling my dream vacation. Then on the day of the trip we had some heavy fog roll in and my departure was cancelled. Feeling very stressed and quite concerned that the wait for the fog to lift so we can make our connecting flight wouldn't make it. So I called Alicia for help. Best move ever! She was on the problem and worked with us to secure an alternate transport. She saved the day!
Also, when it came time to deal with my insurance company for the travel issues, Alicia was right there to help out with the process. Totally above and beyond service. I will be using her services again and I have told several of my family and friends to do the same.
