I contacted her 3 months prior to my trip to Punta Cana with the details for a wedding that was taking place on a resort and she got me a quote the same day. She walked me through all the details and was very patient when explaining everything.
Prior to my departure she contacted me with weather updates for Hurricane Dorian that was moving towards the Bahamas letting me know that she was keeping and eye on the situation and would assist me in moving my flights or rescheduling the trip if necessary.
Once i made it to the resort she was there every step of the way. Providing advice, suggestions and support.
She contacted and scheduled my shuttle service for transport to and from the airport and helped me book a new flight out of Punta Cana because of the weather.
She even arranged transport for a friend who did not book his travel through her.
Cant give her enough praise and I will be booking my next trip with her!
