Tracy has planned a few of our vacations and her personal touch and helpful advice is to be commended! Even when we need to change plans, she works with to make the best arrangements. I highly recommend Tracy's services!

Working with Tracy has been an amazing experience from start to finish. She planned our family trip to Hawaii and it was incredible. Every detail was in place and everything worked out perfectly. We did not have to worry about anything. From flight, bag allowance, hotel selection, Jeep rental and activities, it was all seemless. She gave us so many wonderful suggestions for dining and activities and also allowed us flexibility to make it our own. She was sure to follow up with us when we arrived home. Tracy is so patient in the planning process. She is a great listener and she never minds a change in planning or a million questions! She spends a lot of time getting to know her clients personally and that translates into the best combination of details for the perfect trip! Currently, she is planning our European vacation and I am amazed at her knowledge base. If she doesn't know, she'll find the answer. Bottom line, Travel by Tracy is THE only resource you need for planning an amazing vacation!

We have been using Tracy as our travel agent for over 20 years. She can answer any question we might have about any destination. She is ALWAYS available when needed. On two different trips while checking in (once in Puerto Vallarta and once in Aruba) the resort was going to put us in a lower class of room than what we had paid for, telling us that is what their computer showed. I called Tracy from the front desk and it was fixed immediately! You cannot have a better travel agent!

My wife and I were introduced to Tracy many years ago by a relative. We’ve never met Tracy in person, but from the beginning she has given us 5-star customer service. Throughout the years no matter what question I have or problem I drop in her lap she has always delivered quickly and cordially. During the COVID time frame she had to juggle several cruises for us with ease and efficiency. Simply put Tracy is a pure delight, a hard worker and dynamic problem solver.

Having a person who is planning a trip for you that knows what you like makes the experience perfect. Tracy knows the type of places we love to eat, the atmosphere we desire, the food we can't wait to try, the types of rooms we want, the scheduling of excursions or activities even down to the type of transport we prefer. She also knows her business and many times presents options we might be skeptical of but she knows we will love it. In short, we have come to love and trust her to "set us up" and we just go with it.
