I vacation out of the country at least two times a year and she finds me the best deals ever.....with oceanfront views, butler service, jacuzzis on the balcony, rainforest showers, full bars in the rooms, you name it she makes it happen!! She has impeccable taste and recommends the best resorts because she’s been to most of them and has first hand experience on the quality of the food and the cleanliness and luxury that each resort offers.
Last year in Jamaica, our flight home was cancelled and we were forced to stay an additional 4 days. Ladell arranged for our extended stay in addition to calling the travel insurance company and ensuring we were reimbursed for any and all of the additional expenses.

overall an amazing experience! I Stayed at Nemacolin resort for spring break and had a great time. My family and I stayed in a room at the Chateau. The room was beautiful and also had a view of the resorts private air strip. We were able to do lots of activities like bowling, ice skating, jeep off roading, and the list goes on. One of my favorite parts were the butlers and private transfers from place to place. The trip was wonderful and wouldn’t have had as great of an outcome as it did without LaDell as our agent!

Ms. Ladell planned the best vacation ever at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. We were checked in on our departing and arrival flights without any issues. Transportation to and from the airport was top of the line. The driver had ice cold water and cool towels to offer us. We were celebrating my birthday and inside the 2022 Chevy Suburban was decorated with a Happy Birthday sign, balloons and a bottle Tequila. Upon arrival to the villa it was decorated as well with balloons. The resort was outstanding and service exceptional. Every restaurant on site was absolutely delicious.

I would definitely use and recommend Royal Expression Travels. Make sure you are prepared for a luxury vacation. It's pricey but worth it.

-I loved that there was a few Group plans pre-scheduled.
- I loved 2 of the 3 hotels we stayed in
- group chat Chanel so that if there are last minute changes to scheduled everyone can get the information at the same time .
- I would love a meet and greet with the travel group prior to traveling .
-lastly ,in the future I would like to have a few different options in the type of room accommodations .

ur accommodations were booked for Atlantis The Palm. After the long 14-hour plane trip, our Royal Travel representative, Ladell, made sure we were greeted at the airport and escorted TSA as quickly as possible, not to mention the limo she had waiting for our party of 5 to take us to our resort. Looking at our suite on line did it no justice, it was beautiful. She also set up the most amazing itinerary. We did dune buggy riding, a helicopter ride, cmel rides, saw fire and belly dancing shows, But my favorite part was the hot air balloon ride/dune safari ride and breakfast (all in one excurision). LaDell aslo arranged transportation to and from each excursion. The food was really good, LaDell made sure we were aware and booked for the half board menus that the majority of the restaurants on the resort served so our breakfast and dinner was covered the entire time of our stay. Ms. Ladell Carter, I wanted to thank you for assisting us in our vacation at The Royalton White Sands Resort and Spa. It was an awesome experience, the location blows your mind, white sand with the clearest water. The high quality service, excellent restaurant choices (Italian, Japanese, an American Steakhouse, a buffet restaurant with an option of 300 items easily, beverages including liquor, wine, frozen drinks and international beers. Ms. Carter the lounge bar opens at 8am, just sit in the lobby and the drinks start coming. Made a lot of new friends and I even got a $2000.00 credit for Royalton Punta Cano vacation. Awesome attention to detail

1. Our driver to BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport (Nuruz) was nice and early for our pick-up time. Nuruz was professional, and we were very pleased with his service. 2. Once in the DR, our VIP service was impeccable. 3. Our Butler service and special attention to our needs was outstanding. 4. While leaving the DR, we experienced an issue after checking our bags. We were not given boarding passes as we were at BWI. We personally took care of this at the kiosk. 5. Once arriving at the priority security area, our names were not listed. We had to pay for this service to continue through security. 6. Our flight was on time and was very comfortable. The wind gusts in Maryland gave a bit of a bumpy ride near the end of the flight; however, overall, it was very nice.(And this is coming from a fearful flyer) :) 7. Lastly, our driver, Nuruz, was early and waiting for us once we arrived at the luggage pick-up. I contacted him to advise we were back in Maryland and waiting for our luggage. We walked out to location 58, and our driver pulled up within one minute. (excellent service)

Royale Expressions is top notch! Long story short, I contacted Ladell back in May and told her I wanted to plan a surprise birthday trip for my wife to Portugal. We talked for about 2 hours. Ladell asked me questions to get as much information as possible to best customize the travel package. I must say that Ladell and her team went above and beyond with that information. Royal travels provided a wonderful excursion throughout Greece. From Athens Capitol in the middle of downtown Athens. Wonderful Hotel and beautiful views from the roof top pool. The guided tour provide a very intimate touch to Athens giving us stories, history and the a great experience. With the assistant through" what's app" . We were never lost and always given an update ,feedback and assistance. Everything went smooth from Athens to Santorini. The hotel was exquisite. The view was like no other. The staff was polite , friendly and very open. Santorini was beautiful and every event was set up timely and was wonderful. Even if we were running behind. Royal travels agent made sure any event knew our status and they even provided us faster travel to make time hacks. First class all the way. Next was Crete. This is a beautiful island and again Royal travels provided us with a wonderful hotel. This trip was everything we could imagine.

I am pleased to share that our travels to Croatia through Royal Expression was one of the best vacations of my life. We were in celebration of our 50th anniversary and this trip was perfect for us per the company's recommendation. We traveled in luxury from start to finish. Not everyone in their lifetime gets to travel the islands for 5 days in a private yacht (newly constructed) that accommodates 35 guest. Dinner, Lunch and Breakfast was a part of the package along with private tour guides and a photographer. After leaving the yacht, we spent 3 nights at the LeMeridien Hotel in Split.
