Sabrina was excellent to work with. She was always prompt and courteous with many creative ideas to help plan our trip. She especially was helpful with helping us with the necessary documents for Covid19 and entrance documents. All of our flights, hotels and connections went perfectly. Great, very simple process!! Sabrina has booked a few trips for us and they have all been wonderful!! We even had flight delays due to weather before our cruise and Sabrina asked the cruise ship to wait for us to disembark and they did!! We almost missed the cruise completely after 2 delayed flights into Florida from Colorado.

Beyond Expectations!

Sabrina was with us every step of the way. We never would have thought about a Paul Gauguin cruise to see more islands, or to do overwater bungalows at the end of our trip instead of at the beginning. Transfers were so easy. It’s nice to have someone waiting for you holding a sign with your name after a long flight. Sabrina has so much knowledge and really gets to know you and what you want out of the experience. We will be using her services again for other adventures. Every bit of our trip went beyond our very high expectation. Thank you Sabrina!!

Sabrina was exceptional . We , as travelers were the fortunate beneficiaries of her knowledge of Tahiti and the associated islands. In this Covid age of international travel Sabrina kept us advised with any changes that the visiting country made to their Covid restrictions prior to entry. She also provided us with a detailed folder of all … and I mean all of the materials that the Airline we selected and the suiting country required .
Anyone contemplating travel , especially to Tahiti should defiantly consider using Sabrina and her experience.

I was invited and joined some Family friends on their trip to Tahiti. This was my first time booking a trip with a travel agent (Sabrina Covalt) and I must say it was excellent she took care of all of the details for me, and she was super responsive on any questions I had and changes I needed to make. All of the logistics laid out in a convenient package which took out all the stress which usually occurs on international travel. In the last two years we booked a trip to Tahiti and a trip to Alaska with Sabrina. We also had her help in booking air travel a few times on other travels.
Sabrina did all the work and took the stress out of our travels. She also helped resolve some issues we had on our trips and that was a huge help. We know the outcome would have been different if we did not have her help.

As we planned the trip, she gave great suggestions and picked out unbelievable places for us to stay. I must confess that I got all tangled up when attempting to put together my proposed trip to French Polynesia. Great mother daughters cruise!

We recently returned from a fantastic mother, daughters cruise to Alaska. This is the second cruise we booked using Sabrina Colvalt as our agent. Because we contacted Sabrina to help plan our cruises we had great discounts (that we would not of known about booking direct), she knows what staterooms are the the best bargain for us and knows all the ins and outs of the best fights, what hotels to book , answered all our questions, kept in touch with us and takes the worry out of transfers from airports to hotels and cruise docks and back. Great trip to France

This fall 2023 we took a trip to Paris and Burgundy , France. Working with Sabrina was a joy. She is super knowledgeable and available for questions and suggestions. When we first decided to go to French Polynsia we weren't sure where exactly we wanted to go and Sabrina recommended a variety of choices and then let us think about her suggestions and come back with more questions. She very kindly and patiently guided us to choose options that created a trip of a lifetime. We had seriously considered just booking flight and hotels on our own through the internet and are so thankful we used her services. All of the hotels, transfers etc. were so nice and smooth and easy. She took so much uncertainty out of the process. We are not timid travelers and could have figuered out rides etc. but why? when someone as knowledgeable as Sabrina did it for us and allowed us not to waste a second of our vacation trying to figure out and set up transfers. Sabrina helped us plan a trip to the British Isles, and it resulted in a fantastic experience! She went above and beyond when our return flight from Amsterdam was delayed to the point that we missed our connection in London. We decided to call her and explain what happened, and she left into action trying to find us an alternative flight to get home. When the airline told us they booked us on a flight the next day, Sabrina followed up and discovered it was actually booked 2 days later. Sabrina spent several hours on the phone and straightened everything out for us. I have never received such great service from anyone before!

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Sabrina. From the very beginning she made sure she worked hard to plan us the perfect trip. From flights being canceled to Covid testing and so on she was on top of all of it. I really didn’t have to worry about a thing. We also ran into a problem coming home and missed our flight. We called her for advice and she helped us book a hotel quickly for the night and helped get us set up to come home. We appreciated all of her extra work that helped us have an amazing stress free vacation.

An unforgettable honeymoon

I really don’t know where to start. Sabrina went above and beyond to help us plan the perfect honeymoon. She was available day and night (sorry Sabrina) to answer any questions. There were many requirements to enter FP and they were constantly changing. Sabrina figured out the answer to every question and we ended up having zero issues entering the country. She gave us packing suggestions and money saving hacks while on the island! We will definitely we using her again because now we have the travel bug! We recommend her without reservation! Hi Sabrina! We had an amazing awesome unbelievable adventure. Thank you for making it possible for us to go. You are AMAZING and not only my go to gal but everyone I know planning a trip will have your name and number. Thank you for my value seal packs. They came in super handy and saved us a ton of money there in drinks. The catamaran was so worth the effort, the guide got us to see all the best snorkeling spots without any crowds and just one on one info about the area and culture. He had us swim with all kinds of rays and sharks without anyone around and without forcing nature to do something 'touristy'.
