Randy did an incredible job of planning, organizing, and communicating. We gave him about a week's notice to step in and help. He took over and made everything so easy and SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL.

The trip was awesome. Amazing everything from flights to ground transportation went perfect, all on schedule. The hotel you picked was great.  The service was courteous and helpful and location was perfect to walk in the city or catch transportation at Central Station.

This was the perfect set up for someone who has not been to Europe! When we talked to some of the locals about our itinerary we were told we were traveling as if we had done this trip many times! We loved every single part of it! Thank you so much!

Randy was very easy to work with. He listened to what we thought we wanted to do, offered suggestions, and delivered an itinerary that we would not change! He was also available during our trip to assist with an unexpected on-the-spot change.

I think it's possible Randy knew us better than we knew ourselves. He planned our 10-day Italian honeymoon PERFECTLY and it went off without a hitch. We have never flown out of the country before so we were pretty nervous, but Randy was there every step of the way. He carefully curated our trip to our tastes - booking us the most wonderful hotel and villas, reserving experiences at the BEST!!!! restaurants and wineries, and booking the coolest tours with the most wonderful guides! We never wanted to leave and we could NOT have done it without Randy. Many, many, many thanks - we will 100000% be using his services and depth of knowledge to our advantage again!

Randy is absolutely fantastic. He helped me find venues and activities and complete bookings for our proposal trip in November 2021 and for our honeymoon, which will be this October. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with questions. He found amazing venues for us that I would not likely have found on my own and made the process incredibly easy.

I want to THANK you for planning our wonderful vacation. Every place we stayed was perfect... We loved the itinerary... Transfers were amazing... We all agreed that Venice was one of our favorite spots, loved the winery/villa-best day was making pasta! We loved the boatride to Capri (another favorite) Ray and Gary both loved the Colosseum! We all agreed Rome was way too many people for us with all the cars! You did an amazing job...we all can't wait to go back in a couple of years.

We loved every minute of our trip. The the first day we arrived, we walked around the immediate area and ate local cuisine. Across the street, shared a wine tasting. The rest of the trip was perfectly planned for us, and could not be any better! Perfect 30th anniversary ??????

Randy is the most knowledgeable travel agent we’ve ever worked with! Using his personal travel experience and his clients experience, he crafted our dream honeymoon trip to Rome and Sorrento. He accommodated our hectic schedules very well throughout the planning process. When it came to scheduling excursions, he walked us through everything we were interested in and helped us do further research to ensure we were getting the best tours and excursions. Finally, while we were gone on our trip, he kept in touch with us to make sure all tours and private transfers went smoothly. When the U.S dropped the mandatory COVID-19 testing to return to the country, he messaged us to let us know we don’t have to worry about that on our way back. There was one private transfer that fell through, but Randy made sure we had backup transportation and he got our money refunded! My husband and I are so happy with the experience Randy gave us. We will be using him again for all future trips!

My family and I still rate a birthday dinner in Tuscany in 2018 as the best dining and travel experience we have ever had. My brother is a music aficionado and Randy put together a tailor-made tour of music sites in Vienna. Highly recommend!
