We earned the specialized status of U-Preferred Agency in 2020 from Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations and have maintained it ever since.  This designation requires high levels of customer service.

Universal Orlando is one of our favorite places.  The theming is incredible.  Diagon Alley & Hogsmeade makes you feel like you are in the Harry Potter movies.  We could spend hours checking out all of the nook and crannies in Diagon Alley.

Jurassic World is another favorite area.  I look forward to visiting Blue the Velociraptor and the baby raptor as well.  If you are a roller coaster fan, then you must ride Velocicoaster in Jurassic World.  It is simply incredible.  I was so overwhelmed the first time I rode it that I could barely talk.  It is the smoothest coaster I have ever been on.

I love staying at the resorts at Universal Orlando as well.  The Premier resorts give you the fabulous value of having the Unlimited Express Pass for free.  This is a fabulous deal!  Once of the great aspects of these resorts is that you are not far from the action.  It is very easy to walk to the parks, take a water taxi, or a shuttle to the parks.

Here are some of our favorites:

Portofino Bay:  You have to try Mama Della's!

Hard Rock: Rooms are amazing and they are quiet inside!

Sapphire Falls: The pool here is amazing and the rooms ae very comfortable.

Aventura:  It is shaped like a fidget spinner!  They also have a really awesome noodle bowl quick service restaurant option that is made to order and delicious!

Universal Orlando also has their very well loved Halloween Horror nights.  I am going to try and brave it in 2022.  April loves it and cannot wait to attend for her 3rd time.

Can we talk about the food at Citiwalk?  With so much variety, you are bound to find a restaurant you will love.  Here are some of our favorites:

Voodoo Doughnut:  Be sure to check out their exclusive to Universal Orlando donut.  It is the Orange Creme.  It is even in the shape of a creamsicle.

The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen:  We highly suggest eating inside but be prepared to take your dessert with you!  Food is amazing, atmosphere is steam punk and Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux-Tinker Toothesome and her robot companion, Jacques, come around to the tables.  Check out the back story of this fabulous restaurant.  Food & desserts are amazing!

BigFire: We loved the food and desserts.  We had to order more than one dessert as so many looked so good.  Be sure to try the S'mores!  They have homemade marshmallows along with regular ones and they are delicious.  The Baked Alaska was also amazing.  

Finally, let's talk about the best waterpark ever!  Volcano Bay has so much to offer.  We are huge fans of the cabanas.  They are worth every penny.  You can even use your Tapu-Tapu wristband to make your ride reservations from your cabana instead of walking to the water slide and reserving it.
