April was amazing. I never could have planned my family’s trip on my own. With just a scant two months notice, she created a vacation that was personalized, hit all of our must dos and made amazing memories. I am forever grateful to her for helping my family have a Disney experience we will never forget.

April is always available to answer my questions, change dining plans, extend my stay, and book a small last minute trip while looking for the best deal y to or my money. April is helpful with suggestions, and the printed itinerary and swag bag is always appreciated. I use April for all my Disney adventures.

Lynne booked a trip for us to Beaches Ocho Rios. We had 8 people, 3 sets of families. She was very attentive to our specific needs such as travel insurance options and what to expect. She was also very responsive and good communicating and returning emails. Glad we used her and I would do it again.

Lynne knows her stuff about Disney! She was even available to answer questions while we were at the parks! Gave good advice on what to do and not do based on abilities. I appreciated the availability to have zoom meetings too!

April was so detail oriented and made herself available around the clock. We used Coasters and Castles both times we went to Disney and April’s highlighted itinerary kept us on track and not waiting around. She was a pleasure to work with and I would only use April for all things Disney/Universal Studios. There isn’t anything she couldn’t speak on!

April was incredible in helping my family for our Disney trip. She helped us from booking tickets, park recommendations and itinerary lay out to help us get the most out of our park experience. She made everything so smooth and easy for us and from here on out I will be using her for all our Disney/Orlando plans in the future. She gave us directions for the park so we knew where everything was and so our family could go in one direction instead of zig zagging through the park and possibly missing things. I literally could not say enough on how awesome using April for our booking was. We would not have gotten the most out of our trip if we didn’t go through her. We could not have done any of it without her. Her knowledge of the parks and all of the activities to do while we were there was unlike any travel agent experience I’ve ever had. Traveling with 12 people in our party was a big enough task alone but she made everything simple and dummy proof.

Our experience in dealing with this team was fantastic in every regard! They listened to what we wanted to do and they came up with a plan that was stellar! We contacted them from Disney with a question and they got right back to us with a great answer! Excellent service!
