Working with Joel was painless and great because he gave us his personal experiences on what and what not to do/go. Which is essential in a travel agent because we are spending a high amount of money and would want to make sure it was worth it.

Joel provided such an excellent service and was able to find us a the exact trip and deal we were looking for. We are definitely considering him as our regular travel agent and we will refer him to our friends, family, and coworkers.

Joel attends and cares for his clients fully well. He is fast to respond to inquiries, and always do thorough research before he provides needed travel information, I was fortunate to have Joel with us during our Europe travel and what a fun loving, enthusiastic and compassionate fellow traveler he is. As a travel agent, he made sure we, his clients were enjoying, informed, attended to, and needs taken cared of.

I was initially hesitant I using a travel agent for my travel needs and I decided to do this last year when I went to Hawaii for my cruise. I had such a great experience that I decided to do it again this year to Greece. Joel is very reliable and easy to talk to and is always willing to resolve any issues that may arise. He will follow up with the vendors he is working with and give you updates on the status of the issues and he always seems to do it with a "smile" even when talking to him over the phone. You can just hear his enthusiasm over the phone. No headaches on your part. Will definitely continue to keep coming to him for all my travel needs. Although he is my first experience using a travel agent, I doubt any other travel agents will bend over backwards to make sure you have a pleasant experience on your trip.

We haven't even left for our trip, and we have recommended Joel already to some of my friends. And I've heard from our daughter that while we were traveling, more got Joel's number when they heard about the good deal that we got. Joel had been very patient from the very beginning considering the many changes we have requested.
What stands the most in our experience with Joel was that he was actually the one stopping us from buying prepaid tours knowing our physical limitations. Instead of being greedy, he put our safety and saving money first than his own personal gain. Up to the day before our flight, he's been in contact with us making sure all were in order.
We love his Trip Plans app. We suffered a glitch in London and I messaged him about it just as an FYI to him. Amazing that midnight US time, he took care of the matter and resolved it in a very timely manner. He showed concern and sincerity and went the extra mile for us.

We’ve been using the expertise of Joel for our vacation tours/travels for several years already. Last month, he went over & beyond in helping us secure tickets for bereavement. We just came back from an amazing European vacation We took a 10 day Celebrity Cruise through the Italian and French Rivieras. The cruise and the itinerary were incredible and we definitely recommend it We added three days in Rome before the cruise and finished off with three extra days in Paris Joel brought the whole package together. Including hotels and special tours. My whole family uses Joel’s services for all our travel needs Trips are even better when Joel is on them too.
