He is very responsive, returns calls very timely, he is knowledgeable and researches thoroughly to provides answers to questions.

Joe did a wonderful job in listening to what type of experience I was looking for in my trip to Costa Rica and set up all the details that I had asked for. He provided lots of information while planning this trip and communicated with me several times as the trip was approaching with additional details and to be sure I was comfortable. He made sure we had all the forms completed including Covid tests. I really couldn’t ask for more. He nailed it!

Our vacation began with Joe Faia. We contacted Joe and expressed our desire to take another river cruise on Amawaterways. From there Joe took the lead and made all the arrangements necessary and consistently kept us informed until finalized.

We had such a great time and the resort was the perfect fit for us. Joe was responsive and did a great job finding a resort that had everything we wanted. Thank you Joe for helping us make this trip happen!

Joe was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He made planning/booking our trip seamless. I was in over my head planning a trip to Australia and he took care of it all making sure all the activities I wanted were on the itinerary. All the hotels we stayed in were nice and in great areas as well as seamless transfers to and from our hotels. It was also very nice that he reached out mid trip as our last stop on the itinerary was being hit by a cyclone. He assured us we’d be taken care of and was going to make adjustments if necessary. It was comforting knowing we weren’t alone and could keep enjoying our trip
