Tracy was referred to us by a friend of ours and we are glad they did! We had to reschedule the second half of our Florida plans to do some bad weather so we contacted her pretty close to our vacation day. She was able to not only help us book a room and get tickets for Universal Studios Orlando, but the property was so much fun and only a few minutes away from the park. She helped us with timing and how to avoid the crowds as well which was helpful. We had a great time! We will be contacting her again for future trips!

Tracy helped me plan a week at Disney for my two grandchildren & other family members. She offered her expertise and recommendations and then made all the reservations for hotel, food, and fast passes. I did not have to worry about anything except for picking out colors for our armbands. Our trip was MAGICAL!!! We had a great time and cannot wait to go back. Tracey helped us plan our 10 year Anniversary trip. We went to Negril, Jamaica! We stayed for 9 days on a small resort Grand Pineapple for an All-Inclusive experiences. Tracy helped plan our fall vacation to Disney World. We planned everything around our 5 small grandchildren ages 1-6 Stayed at the Art of Animation and it was perfect!!! Tracy had some wonderful advice for activities for the little ones and helped to plan an unforgettable, magical Disney vacation! Couldn't have done this without her!!

Tracy planned, booked and managed my and my husband’s ten-year wedding anniversary to Negril. This was our very first tropical vacation together and was the honeymoon we never were able to take. Tracy took care of every detail. She had suggestions and ideas to make out trip beyond incredible. There is no way I could have planned a trip as well thought out and well planned on my own. From the minute, we landed we were taken care of and carried to a lounge area (Club Mobay). It was a carefree trip where I didn’t have to think or plan a thing. Every detail was organized by Tracy. We had an amazing butler and top of the line service. Our room was set up with ornate flower petals laid out on the bed. Every need was anticipated and addressed by the staff at Sandals Negril. The property was beautiful and welcoming. The food and drink were so good. We both returned home some pounds heavier. Tracy helped us plan and organize a vow renewal. We were able to stand on the beach and renew the vows we had made 10 years before. The Wedding/Event planner was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped with the flower selection, cake selection and even planned our dinner that night. The experience was so easy, it made me wish we had done a destination wedding the first time around. As with any trip any time I had a question or concern Tracy was always available to me via cell, text or email. She always made sure that I knew I was important to her and that our experience was hers as well. She was and still is a Joy to work with as we plan many more vacations. She has been responsible for all of my travel to date. I would truly be lost without her. Her knowledge and experience puts me at ease. I trust her advice and can’t wait for my next adventure.

Our first time using a travel agent as well and we will use Tracy from now on for everything. We used her to book our honeymoon. My fiance and I kept changing our minds and Tracy never seemed impatient. She did a great job keeping within our budget and not pushing us toward more expensive options. We aren't even going on our trip until September 2018 and we felt more than comfortable giving her high praises at this stage.

We recently returned from the most magical week at Disney! Our trip was the most amazing experience! As a former hotel executive and travel agent, I have always planned all of our vacations on our own and considered them all to be great experiences. I contacted Tracy about 1 1/2 years ago for a 7 day Disney trip on a tight budget. Originally, I booked it as a trip to the theme parks at one of the value resorts. Tracy took care of every detail and would set reminders when the time came to book certain details like the dining plans, park tickets, etc. A life event had me change the trip from the theme parks to a Disney Cruise. Tracy was always returned phone calls immediately and gave me so many tips and tricks along the way. She gave advice on cabin selection, dining times, what to pack and so many things I can't even list them all. At the last minute I decided to add a day at Disney World and she jumped on it and got me in at a fantastic rate at a value resort, character dinners and a breakfast, the dining plan and all the details I had no idea about. I actually was able to relax and enjoy myself and consider it a trip of a lifetime. I booked another cruise for my family on Disney it is a no brainer and would highly recommend Tracy and Disney Cruise Lines. Tracy was a great help to me in planning a family trip for my 50th birthday to Jamaica.
