We visited Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and got to visit Epic Universe during a soft launch in April. Amy is extremely knowledgeable about all things Universal. She offered multiple options when I was trying to decide on our trip and was very patient in talking through the most cost effective way to experience everything we wanted to during our vacation. Once we booked, she shared excellent tips and tricks on when to arrive, where to go, what rides to get to first. My husband and I decided to take another RC cruise as it had been approximately 7+ years so I knew we needed guidance! I basically closed my eyes and googled Travel Agents and Amy popped up. Working with Amy was the best decision we ever made. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know what we would’ve done if it wasn’t for her help with the planning and execution of our trip. Definitely worth every penny!

Amy is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge base is very deep and very broad. It seems she has personally tried every restaurant, food stand, hotel, ride, shop, and transportation option at Disney World and Universal. The planning of a trip to these places for a family of 5 seemed overwhelming and time-consuming. Amy made it as simple as possible, saved me probably 20 hours of time (at least), and made me feel comfortable that we were getting the most of our trip from both a time and money standpoint.
