Excellent, couldn’t have been better

Altie was very nice and thorough with the details of our trip. Transportation from the airport was very easy and exactly how it was explained. Everything about the trip was smooth and just according to plan. We even made a few changes with our trip late notice and Altie was very accommodating.

She was great to work with! Very knowledgeable about our trip, responded quickly, got us great deals, and helped us plan the perfect trip!

Altie did a great job planning our flights and organizing the details of our trip. She gave us a handful of options for our resorts. I wish I'd done more research about the particular resort we stayed at, but overall the trip was seamless.

She took care of the details from helping me choose a cruise to mailing name tags to my house for our luggage......the best part of it all was i was able to have peace of mind. When we got to our rooms there was a lovely desert tray sent as a gift from Altie. Just what the moment needed. We do not have a single complaint with our service.

We had an amazing trip to Puerto Vallarta for my 40th birthday, thanks to Altie's planning. The resort checked off all of the boxes I requested - Adults Only, easy access to a safe town, nice beach, beachfront room. But, she really went the extra mile making my birthday special from fresh flowers in my room, to arranging a golf trip and spa services, to a candlelit dinner on the beach complete with cake and fireworks! She did all of the legwork so I could just sit back, relax, and enjoy. It is truly a trip I will never forget.

It was mine and my friends first trip to Cancun. We didn't know what to expect. But Altie made sure all our paperwork was in order, we had all our documents and had everything planned correctly. We had the smoothest check-in and check-out process ever.

Our most recent trip to Iceland was the trip of a lifetime and Altie helped make that happen. We stayed in 3 different hotels and were able to check in and out of those without any hiccups. She provided us with access to all documents and information we needed; from hotel information and parking, rental car agreement and info, to flights and layovers. Going to a new country for the first time, not knowing what to expect can be a little intimidating and concerning. Having altie as our travel agent subsided all those negative feelings and helped us fully enjoy our experience in Iceland.

Altie played a huge part in making my girls trip for my birthday perfect. Many changes along the way had to be made before the trip, and she did so without so much as a huff. There were 7 women traveling, and she made sure we all had to do nothing but get on the plane and enjoy the trip. Altie booked everything from spa appointments to dinner and excursions. I could not have asked for better service. Her knowledge about the area was so helpful, and she was able to coordinate schedules for travel for my friends coming in from different states so we all arrived and departed close.
