The trip of a lifetime

Peggy and I first met at a bridal show that I was somehow able to drag my fiance along to. We already knew we wanted to go to Germany for our honeymoon so after meeting Peggy we knew she would be our travel agent. Peggy was able to talk to my fiance, who felt so out of place in such a setting, and got him to relax and feel comfortable while sharing all of her experiences on European travel with us.
I would say Peggy and I spent about nine months planning a three week honeymoon traveling around Europe. She was so patient with me! We literally emailed every day multiple times a day the last few months before our big trip.
There were times Peggy would find an amazing deal and instead of emailing she would just call me real quick to tell me about the deal that way she could book it and we didn't miss out on the amazing price!
Peggy was very keen on different excursions and travel arrangements that truly made our honeymoon memorable! We cannot wait to book another trip with Peggy agai

Peggy did a fantastic job throughout the reservation process for our cruise. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic our cruise was canceled. Still she worked diligently to make sure we received our refund for the expenses we had prepaid. I would highly recommend using Peggy to book your next travel adventure. Peggy is one of the most delightful agents to work with. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer every question or concern we had while trying to decide where to go. After we discussed what we were looking for and our preferences, we went with her first recommendation to stay at the All-Inclusive El Dorado Seaside Suites, and she nailed it! Not only were the resort grounds more than we expected, but the excursion we booked with Peggy as well, was the bomb! She really paid attention to the specifics we were looking for which made for a wonderful experience. I already plan on using Holiday Planners, and Peggy Erb for my next trip.

From start to after finish, Peggy was hands down amazing.
I was worried about having to plan a honeymoon while in the middle of planning a wedding but she took all the stress off of me. All I had to do was tell her what I wanted and she did even better.
She booked our flights, rental car, and even got us an amazing beach front condo in Florida with restaurants and shopping less than a mile away! The views from that condo were breathtaking and it was so nice having full condo with a kitchen.
I can not wait to work with Holiday Planners again for our next trip!

Peggy was great! She went above and beyond our expectations. She made us feel that she genuinely cared about the planning of our trip and the trip itself. Peggy went above and beyond to help us plan our 2 and 1/2 week trip. Not only did we Cruise we took a train, did bus tours, did independent tours and cruise tours. Every time we asked a what if, Peggy was more than willing to research and give us options. We had hotels, cruise ship, and Airbnb on this trip, all of which Peggy arranged. Amazing Trip because of Holiday Planners

Holiday Planners did an AMAZING job at booking my vacation to Florida for my daughter and me. We started this vacation in 2019, but with covid it was canceled two times. All the staff at Holiday Planners especially Peggy was wonderful. They kept me updated on what was happening, what parks would be closed, what the rules would be, and then when the parks stopped all travel. They rebooked it again for me, and my father passed from covid. I emailed Peggy and she took care of everything without much contact with me knowing it was probably a time I didn't need many questions. Finally in 2021 we went to Florida.
There customer service is top notch. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I really can't put into words the appreciation I have for what the entire team there did for us. But this is the same treatment I get from them when I have them book a nights stay for my work. So thank you Peggy, Stevie and the rest of the team for making our vacation as wonderful as it could be.

Through Peggy we enjoyed a trip of a lifetime. During the booking process she answered our many questions and was so patient with us we were deciding which way we were going to go as far as transfers, hotels, and flights. She offered us trip insurance, which we ignorantly declined and regretted due to a bad connection from mechanical problems. Peggy is the top!!! From the moment we sat down with Peggy telling her what we were looking for in our vacation she listened.. She provided us with several options. Narrowing it down to 2 she gave us the pros and cons for the trips. Selecting our cruise she made all the reservations that were needed. As time got closer to cruise date she provided information on the tours for the cruise. We told her what tours we wanted and she took care of them. Peggy suggested we pay extra so we could pick our time for the flights. Flying out of Springfield, she found us a hotel to take us to the airport and picking us up on our return. Upon returning from our trip, we talk to Peggy and told her of our experience. We had a couple of problems and she resolved them within 2 days. When planing our next vacation, Peggy will be the first person to call.
