Robin has arranged my family's last four trips (twice to Disney in Orlando, and twice on Alaskan cruises), and I am always amazed at her attention to detail and the 'seamlessness' of the trips that she has arranged. She takes care of every little detail, including transfers and food and beverage packages, and the peace of mind during the trips that she has arranged is priceless. I've been thrilled with the fact that every detail of our trips goes off without a hitch. The extra effort that she takes just before each trip to make sure that you understand every detail of your accommodations and any transfers that she's arranged, as well as allowing time to ask any questions, puts my mind at ease and eliminates any 'pre-trip jitters'. For our girls trip we reached out to the travel experience to assist with bookings and destinations. We worked with Robin who was fabulous and made the process so easy. Our first trip to Aruba! And what an experience we had, the hotel was great and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Even more she prepared us for all the travel requirements we had to complete for entering Aruba and returning home. From the first moment I talked with Robin, I knew we were in great hands. Robin helped us plan our honeymoon to Hawaii and really took the time to listen to our needs, get a sense of what we wanted out of this adventure and even remembered small the small details we were celebrating during our trip. Robin always made herself available when we had questions, no matter how big or small, made changes when we requested, gave us different options when were unsure of some things and always responded in a timely manner with a positive attitude. Even on the trip, we hit a few bumps (our fault not hers) and she was on the phone immediately to help with an emergency situation. Cancun, Mexico....1st time ... Robin suggested a fabulous all inclusive that did not disappoint! She kept us all informed with the necessary info. To ensure our vacation was flawless and it was. Robin booked our entire trip with including excursions and private car transportation. We took the Amtrak train from Chicago to Flagstaff, Arizona. Our accommodations were perfect and included a sleeper car for my husband and 20 yr old son. We stayed at multiple hotels and all were in the perfect location. Our excursions included the Grand Canyon, jeep tour in Sedona. It’s was the most amazing, beautiful vacation. It was the perfect reset I needed. Would definitely book again with Robin.

Our travel to Greece and Italy was planned flawlessly by Robin and her team at the travel Expierwnce. We started on a Viking cruise followed by a land tour through Italy. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on a wonderful Royal Caribbean 7 night cruise. We hadn't taken a cruise since our honeymoon and so much has changed that I was leary to book it myself. Thanks to Robin at The Travel Experience, we got the cruise we wanted at a great price. She took care of everything including our hotel close to the port on the night before our cruise with parking and shuttle service. This is the 1st trip that I can honestly say was 100% perfect!!! We travel often, but this is the first time we've used a travel agent. (Not counting ages ago when there was no choice ha ha). The reasons I looked for an agent is 1) COVID and 2) our family has not done a Caribbean beach vacation together and we wanted one that would fit our personality.

Robin listened to what we do and do not like, what has and has not worked for us in the past and suggested Curacao. It was perfect. We got the adventure, scuba, snorkeling and cliff jumping, a beachfront property without being in a very commercial touristy setting.
The place was literally more than we expected for the money. More space and more quality. It was great to have an experienced guide helping us make decisions.

Robin Chalif always plans our Disney trips. She is professional, dependable and we are always thrilled with our family vacation. I have planned our Disney vacations on my own in the past. It is so much easier with Robin. She reminds me of dates, watches out for deals such as free dining and room discounts and I am assured that I will be happy with our hotel. I am convinced that we get the best rooms!! Robin calls when our documents arrive and I just go pick them up. It is much less stressful. I wouldn't work with any other travel agent!

When we first met with Robin we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted to do or what was a realistic price range. We gave her some places we wanted to go within Portugal and how long we wanted to stay. Within a matter of days she had set up the entire trip. Then we were able to email back and forth to make the trip just right for us. Before we left she checked in with us to make sure we were all set. Everything went so smoothly even though we travelled three times within the trip. Robin set up private transfers that spoke English and were very friendly to get us back and forth from the airport. We had just the right amount of time to sight see and relax. Portugal was amazing and we can’t wait to get back!
