Planning a Walt Disney World vacation is quite overwhelming but Lori took all that stress and worry away for us. This amazing trip was so well planned that throughout the two weeks in Ireland and Sweden, where we never spent more than two days in one place, not one glitch was experienced. Lori had planned our previous trip so we knew we would use her again to plan our trip to London in September. She has so much experience, but begins by finding out exactly what we are looking for and then builds an itinerary that fits our wants. A driver was waiting for us at the airport to get us to our hotel. The hotel was in a great area (with breakfast every day) - easy walking to places and close to getting on the tube. I know I have transportation from the airport to my hotel and my hotel is an excellent accommodation within very close walking distance of the main attraction should I choose not to stay onsite. In wanting to do this trip, I didn't have a lot of time that I could devote to research, discussed with Lori the idea and budget, she gave ideas and suggestions on time line, once that was set she asked how much we wanted her to do. Being novice travels I wanted a lot of help from flights, to hotels, to transfers from airport to hotels. It was so nice to have those things set up in advance! Than she gave us ideas for tours, intermixed with free time. Prior to leaving on vacation, I met with Lori, she went over all the tour documents and gave us ideas on helpful apps. Along with the tour documents, we also received detailed directions on where we would meet up for each tour and how long it would take to walk there. I called Lori to help me plan a Disneyland trip for my husband and myself, two adult children and two small children ages 2.5 and 6.5. I was overwhelmed with the idea of figuring out a Disney vacation, even to the smaller park. Lori made it so easy - I was surprised by how much of the process she took on - ordering our tickets and hotel, making sure the rooms were right for our group (even making a decision on where the rooms faced when I didn't specify and she chose perfectly! We stayed at the Grand Californian and she made sure our rooms faced a wooded courtyard. It was beautiful and quiet - just what we needed after 12-14 hours a day at the park. She arranged our character meals, a personal shuttle to and from the airport that was right on time and accommodated the kids car seats. She knows Disney! I had confidence in her recommendations and used her tips once we arrived. I will certainly ask Lori to help me with a trip to Disney World we plan in a few years.

Lori was delightful to work with in planning our travels around Europe. My wife and I knew we wanted to go to Salzburg, Munich, and Prague but Lori took care of the rest. She planned great tours and day trips for our stay around Bavaria. The small group tour of Neuschwanstein castle was easily one of the highlights as we learned the history of the castle in a luxury coach bus of only 20. Lori also found an insane price for flights which also included 3 nights in a hotel and a tour of Dachau all for a cheaper price than what we could find on our own. Working with Lori made it easy to arrive for tours with detailed maps of meeting points and landmarks. My wife achieved her life-long goal of spinning in the hills like Maria Von Trapp and I got to enjoy delightful food and drink from the region. The whole trip was a relaxing adventure thanks to the planning and tools Lori provided.
