I was blown away in such a positive way by the service I received. Disney is not the easiest trip to plan and Troy went to infinity and beyond with planning our trip from last minute resort changes to find my family the best deals, to booking dinner reservations, fastpasses, magical express info, going over our daily itineraries, packing lists, the works! Wonderful communication, organization, empathy, efficiency, always thinking outside the box... just spot on. Thank You!

Troy was amazing. from the moment we decided to go, until we got back home, he was there every step of the way. Troy took care of all of our request within minutes, I was very impressed with how quickly he handled any request. He is a Saint, I am not the most organized person and he made everything easy and perfect.

Having grown up just outside Orlando, our family has taken numerous trips to Walt Disney World and I considered myself somewhat of an expert. Boy oh boy am I glad I booked a trip with our adult kids with Troy. He helped our family of 7 adults have the perfect vacation. From helping with Genie Plus ride selection timing, to lists of ways to save money on dining at each park to detailed day by day itineraries, Troy left no stone unturned. We went the week of Thanksgiving which is one of the busiest weeks of the year. With Troy's expertise he was able to tell us what day to go to what park due to past attendance levels. His recommendations were spot on! If you are looking to book a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, book with Troy for a magical time!
