One of the best experiences to Greenland is the transit through Prins Christian Sund. This narrow, glacier-carved channel winds between towering mountains, with waterfalls tumbling down sheer cliffs and icebergs drifting silently past. The scale is overwhelming—peaks rising thousands of feet, glaciers glowing blue in the sunlight. The Iceland coastline rises in jagged basalt cliffs, softened by green moss and framed by distant snowcaps. Reykjavik, often the first port of call, greets you with a colorful skyline and a cosmopolitan energy that contrasts beautifully with the raw wilderness just beyond the city limits.
