Kim has been excellent to work with while planning a vacation. I have asked of lot of her, and she has consistently delivered what I have asked for. Anything from comparing prices of different vacations, to finding alternate dates that could save money. She is extremely responsive, and has always followed up to ensure that all of my questions have been answered. One thing that has set Kim apart from other travel agents I have worked with (and has kept me as a repeat customer) is that a few weeks prior to the trip, she contacts me to make sure that I have all of my travel documents ready to go.

One of the best trip of our lives

Kim was very patient in showing the various options we had to travel as a family to an all inclusive resort at Punta Cana in Dominican Republic. It was our first trip to an all inclusive resort and it was an amazing experience. The hotel we went to was Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and it was highly recommended by Kim and we saw first hand why it was so highly recommended. The beaches were amazing, the hotel had a lot of nice dining, lot of swimming pools. It was very kid friendly. The staff were very friendly.
Kim was very meticulous in the planning, booking the flights and hotel. There were some changes in the flight timings and she promptly sent new itineraries. We needed a tourist card and she followed up with us via email and also called us and arranged it for us. So it saved a lot of time at the airport.
We will definitely plan on reaching out to Kim for any trips in the future.

Kim took good care of us from the beginning. We haven't travelled by air for several years and haven't been on a cruise for over 20 years; so we were pretty green to the whole experience. She knew right away which cruise line would fit us best, Royal Caribbean. She booked wonderful accommodations for us on the ship providing us with a little larger balcony and a little forward on the ship for a smoother ride. Her recommendation to be in Florida the day before the cruise leaves in case of bad weather was a good thing too. She reserved a room for us at a fabulous hotel. It was a good place to catch our breath after a day of travel. She made sure we had all the details in place like transfers and sea pass information . She guided us on the importance of passports (we didn't have them). She recommended that we shouldn't travel without them; good advice.
We are so thankful for her expertise and will definitely work with her when we are ready to travel again.

Perfect Wedding!
