I noticed this Feedback thing on the bottom of Lori’s signature lines and just wanted to take a moment to say how fantastic she’s been!!!
I was Blessed enough to win a trip to Disneyland and Lori has been wonderful from minute one. She has listened to my needs in regards to booking with a large family and has worked very diligently to get me the best prices and most efficient/economical way of doing things even on stuff that was after we returned from vacation!
I would highly recommend Lori and Custom Travel to anyone who asks for assistance in booking their vacation.

I want to let you know what a pleasure it was working with Lori Zacher from the Calgary office. She was both accommodating and professional. She had a bit of a challenge ( from us) to try to organize for our friends in Calgary to meet up with us ,flying from Toronto , to the Grand Palladium in Puerto Vallarta. She did a wonderful job within our price range and never showed any hesitation for getting the job done. She truly is appreciated and did a fantastic job. All four of us are excited about our holiday.

I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had in Vegas. Everything was so well planned and organized. Every step of our itinerary was so smooth and without a hitch. Thank you Lori for you continuous worked right up to the last day when one company changed its meeting place and you contacted us the day we were to fly out. Just wanted to send you a note now that I am back from my holiday. Words cannot express how amazing my adventures were!! I sincerely thank you for your assistance in coordinating everything. Crete was a stunning place to visit which was only eclipsed by the food. I am so grateful I got the chance to visit the island. The hotels in Chania and Rethymno were top notch and the staff were fantastic.

I hope this is the right email to send a little feedback about our recent trip to N. Y. C arranged for us by Lori Zacher. My sister (who dislikes travelling) won a lottery which as a prize involved a vacation package. Our good fortune was that she gifted this opportunity to my partner and myself. Lori made the arrangements for us and I wanted to say what a terrific job she did in making our reservations with Cathay Pacific and also booking our accommodations. The trip went so smoothly which in my experience isn’t always the case.
I appreciated Lori’s communication back and forth and helping us have an incredible time in this amazing city. I will not hesitate to recommend custom travel to friends and we would be happy to contact Lori when we travel again. Her professionalism and help was very much appreciated.
