I work for a small independent travel agency in Rochester, NY (VIP Travel Service).  The best part of my job is being a part of the planning process for travelers excited about taking off on a new adventure.

A Family Vacation to Remember!!

Sara has been extremely helpful in planning our big family vacation! She is so quick in her email responses and very detailed and thorough especially since all our family members were traveling from several different cities.
