She was pleasant to work with, expertly provided us with needed information, and was attentive to details a our trip was organized and as changes in flight schedules were made. Through her, we asked Viking to bring us to Venice early for an "on our own" visit; she handled this well.

Best Honeymoon Ever!

Courtenay was great! She really took into account the aspects of a vacation that are important to us. In our case, that means lots of activities and entertainment. She recommended Ocho Rios Jamaica and gave us a lot of price options to choose from. She was very responsive and prompt in getting back to us when we had questions. Courtenay booked all our flight and resort reservations for a fair price, and everything went very smoothly. We had an absolute blast and we have Courtenay to thank for all she did for us. Courtaney is an amazing travel agent! I was searching for a travel agency to help me book/coordinate our wedding in Cancun. She did an exceptional job getting me in contact with the wedding coordinator of the hotel, reaching out to them any time I had trouble. Booked many rooms for our family and friends and made it easier for everyone to just book their stay. My wedding planning in Mexico would have been very stressful if she wasn't there to help. I booked a cruise for my mother and sister through Courtenay. Courtenay's experience with Alaskan cruises was invaluable in getting the most out of the adventure. She knows how to bundle offers and incentives the cruise lines offer to get the best value. Celebrity Cruise Lines was top notch in client service and the food was outstanding. Don't forget the drink package and book the Skagway Train Tour well in advance or you won't get a seat. Don't miss this!

Perfect escape, perfectly planned

All of the sudden, we knew that we needed a vacation. The trip was a great success and we had a great time! With such short notice, we decided to try the shop down the street, Travel Leaders Indy. Great idea to use Travel Leaders Indy, no disappointments whatsoever, and I had none of the hassle of making all of the arrangements myself. We were pleased with the suggested St. Petersburg, Florida area. We were pleasantly surprised with the recommended hotel Guy Harvey Outpost. The hotel aquarium, fishing-theme, restaurants, beech and pool were great. We actually preferred the hotel restaurants and activities, even after we did venture out and tried other places.
The entire trip was very well planned and scheduled and we were very happy to use Travel Leaders Indy and the travel agent Courtenay Crockett. It was a great idea to accept the recommendations of the travel agent Courtenay Crockett of Travel Leaders Indy. The flight, hotel, Uber rides, and entire trip were great. Thanks!

Courtenay helped us with all aspects of our recent 2 week cruise to Australia and New Zealand. She booked our cruise, air, hotels, car service, and side trips as well as walked us through the visa process and gathering all the needed information and documents. She even contacted the car service in Australia to confirm the time of our pick up at the hotel the day before we headed home. She is knowledgable and efficient. When asked a question, not only does she get back to you right away, but she searches and offers multiple options.
