Through her, we asked Viking to bring us to Venice early for an "on our own" visit; she handled this well.

All of the sudden, we knew that we needed a vacation. The trip was a great success and we had a great time! With such short notice, we decided to try the shop down the street, Travel Leaders Indy. Great idea to use Travel Leaders Indy, no disappointments whatsoever, and I had none of the hassle of making all of the arrangements myself. We were pleased with the suggested St. Petersburg, Florida area. We were pleasantly surprised with the recommended hotel Guy Harvey Outpost. The hotel aquarium, fishing-theme, restaurants, beech and pool were great. We actually preferred the hotel restaurants and activities, even after we did venture out and tried other places.

Courtenay helped us with all aspects of our recent 2 week cruise to Australia and New Zealand. She booked our cruise, air, hotels, car service, and side trips as well as walked us through the visa process and gathering all the needed information and documents. She even contacted the car service in Australia to confirm the time of our pick up at the hotel the day before we headed home. She is knowledgable and efficient.
