My career has spanned a variety of industries including the wedding industry, hotels and golf resorts, airlines, cruising, television, radio, health, fitness and international sports events.

I've been blessed to have lived in many different places in the world including many parts of England and The Channel Islands (Guernsey) where I was raised; Australia,  where I have lived in Sydney, Brisbane, Townsville, Magnetic Island, Cairns, Airlie Beach and The Hunter Valley, I have also lived and worked in Malaysia, USA and the Caribbean...   So I think it is fair to say I am a very experience world traveller.

I started my career in the hotel industry, in London, England and then joined the Airline industry working for British Caledonian Airways as a "Flight Attendant" with whom I travelled the world to some very far flung places including Africa and the Middle East. From flying I progressed to reservations and ticketing and Management of Regional Pacific and Asia... so I have have plenty of knowledge of the Asia / Pacific region.

Some people say to me ... is there anywhere you haven't been Val?  The answer is.. there are a few places still left for me to conquer, but there have been many repeat visits to places I love in the meantime.

I can't profess to know everything, but what I do know will help you plan your next trip with confidence, knowing that you are talking to a someone who has travelled extensively and is happy to go the extra mile for you.
