My favorite quote is from Walt Disney, "If you can dream it, you can do it." Sometimes, though, you may need a little help, especially when it comes to turning your travel dreams into a reality. Finding affordable flights, booking the right accommodations and choosing the best excursions, then packaging them in a seamless itinerary can be a daunting task. So why not let me research, plan and book your trip for you?
There are a number of reasons why it makes sense to place the planning of your precious vacation itinerary in my hands. First, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to guide you through the vast number of options available to you.
The first thing I will do is chat with you so that I can discover what it is that you're looking for out of your journey and to also learn more about your particular travel style. I will then use that information, along with my industry connections, to customize an itinerary to your needs.
I have also had the fortune of traveling to and, thus, gaining first-hand experience about to a number of destinations, including:
- Mexico and Caribbean
- Florida (Theme Parks and Beaches)
- Europe
- Alaska
- California
- Canada
In addition, I have also traveled to and booked numerous all-inclusive vacations for many of my clients. I, recently, in fact, put together an all-inclusive getaway for 14 women who wanted to celebrate their big birthday year together. The lead guest told me afterwards that she would never had been able to figure out the dynamics of putting this trip together without my assistance. That is one of my favorite parts of my job -- being able to take the stress of vacation planning off of my client's hands.

Jerren is the best! We have worked with her on a couple of Disney related vacations now and wouldn't hesitate to go to her for future vacations - even non-Disney vacations! She has so much knowledge and if she doesn't know she finds out asap! Jerren was a joy to work with. She was especially helpful when it came to the Disney App. She took the time to walk me through all the features, explained how to link the account with my fellow travelers and described how to incorporate our magic bands into it as well. As a result, when we arrived at Disney, we went straight to our room (no front desk needed), waved our magic band at the lock...and into our room we went.
Setting all that up was not seamless and she was always available when I reached out or got back to me in a prompt time frame. Her help made this an easy vacation to plan and a hassle-free vacation to enjoy. Thanks Jerren!!!

This is the 4th time we have used Jerren as our travel agent to book Disney and she didn’t disappoint. My daughter and I had the most amazing mommy and me trip. Jerren took care of everything and explained everything regarding the trip. I always have so many questions and she never seems annoyed with me. We had to extend our trip due to cancelled flights because of a snow storm and she helped with it all. She was the one to call Disney and get us another room and make sure we were taken care of. Princess Mediterranean Cruise

It was a 25 day Mediterranean cruise to 5 countries and some islands. Jerren set everything up. She checked prices to get us the best deal and on times that would work with our schedule. We flew into Barcelona 2 days before the cruise so we could see the sites there before boarding the ship. She set up our airline travel, the hotel and helped us with the tour of Barcelona. She got us a good price on everything. It was a trip of a lifetime. Everything went just as planned. She was always available if we had any questions or concerns. She contacted us when we got home to ask how the trip was. I have recommended Jerren to four of my friends and they have had great experiences with Jerren. They are very happy with her. We have used her for several cruises.

Guys call/email Jerren, she is Magically Amazing at helping to plan a Magical Trip. She did all the leg work for me when it came to resort packages, all I had to do was give my preferred dates and then choose from the options she gave me. She made sure I understood everything going into my trip. Two questions she wasn’t 100% sure on when we talked on the phone, I had an answer in my email to those questions not 5 minutes later. That is someone dedicated to you. I consider myself not the easiest client with all my random calls, texts, emails and she was right there to answer me on it all. She was actually on vacay when I took mine and she took time out of day to talk me through how to do the Virtual Que from the app. And text me to remind me later in the day as well. Top notch service. I would recommend Jerren over and over again!!!

Great time in Mexico

Jerren has helped me with several trips, so when my friends and I decided to go to Mexico for a girls' trip, I reached out to her for help, again. During the planning phase, she is always so helpful. She listens to what our trip goals are and then comes up with several ideas. She sent us several resorts to look at, and then was open to looking at other resorts that we had questions about. In the end, we chose Live Aqua, a place she hasn't been to, but knows several people that have gone there and enjoyed the resort. Prior to our trip, she reached out to us with tips for us and to see if we had questions, which was very helpful. She also sends out reminders for when payments are due. In the end, her assessment about the resort was right and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to answer questions in a timely manner. Jerren PLANNED our whole trip for us, leaving us to just ENJOY!! It was amazing! Zero stress, and beautiful accommodations. She even sent us the top excursions for our choosing! I appreciate her honesty when I asked about specific excursions and how the time away from our all inclusive would be impacted. She was able to not only give her perspective but perspective of many other families, like mine, to help us make decisions. She kept us informed of the Itinerary and even gave us a packing list! 39th Wedding Anniversary

Jerren is the absolute best. This made the second trip we have booked with her and we could not be more pleased. She is very professional and goes out of her way to make your trip the very best. We did have an issue with the first resort we had selected and Jerren informed us right away of the issue. Jerren saved us so much planning time and took care of all the details of the trip. Seamlessly able to get on and off rides in a short period of time, in all the Disney parks, while scheduling us at some fabulous restaurants all well located to the parks we spent our day in. No stress just fun!

Birthday and Anniversary in Paradise!!

Jerren is amazing! We were somewhat undecided as to where to go and stay. She didn’t hesitate showing us options for destinations we were curious about. She was consistently so patient and welcoming. Once we chose our destination she made sure we knew all of the options available to us to choose from and even scheduled for us to have special surprises offered by the resort in honor of birthday and anniversary celebrations we had while on vacation. Jerren answered our questions quickly and is always extremely kind. Jerren’s amazing service created the opportunity for us to truly relax and enjoy our time together while on vacation. We will book all of our vacations with Jerren and will continue to refer all our friends and family to her!
