Fortunately for us, Susan was on the case from the jump in 2020 with updates, emails, phone calls & text messages. We got our money back amidst frightening stories about travelers likely never see a return of their money from online travel sites who relied on small print legalese to allow them to wiggle out of refunds.

We re-scheduled our 2020 trip for 2021 when Susan's team told her it was ok and, of course, she and her agents took care of every. Single. Detail. Our 12 day trip to Hawaii went without a hitch in April '21. We're in the midst of planning our family trip for 2022 now, as well.
