Mr Valdez was a great help for us and for our trip in general. We really liked the fact that he payed attention to our own needs and still found a way to make our travel as much ethical as possible on a social and environmental level). He helpt us for example to find a beautiful and romantic hotel that respected the environment. He had such an amazing expertise about Mexico that we didn't feel like tourists, we had the feeling that we were invited by someone who explained us the traditions and how to get the best of our trip. For example, he gave us advices about some restaurants and each time it was the best place we have been to : not expensive at all, the best food and we were happy that our money was really financing local people. Mr Valdez is so helpful, you can ask him a question anytime and he always have something to respond. He is very helpful with the organisation and very present during and after our trip. He is definitely very trustful and his recommandations are excellent!

Mr Valdez was an amazing travel agent for me and my girlfriend !
He helped us to find the best accomodation we wanted for our trip and because of his expertise and dedication, we saved a lot of money and time ! We had an amazing hotel, one of the best for a very low price.
I must confess that without his help we probably wouldn't have envoyed our trip that much. He took care of everything for us and he always answered my questions, even after the trip.
So I recommand him if you want to save money, time and if you are looking for a great custromer service. Mr Valdez verified that everything was fine during our trip, and gave us so much good advices, I will ask for his help again for my next trip without any hesitation !

Best trip to date

Javier was very instrumental in providing recommendations and travel trips for our trip to Mexico last month. He was able to save us a few hundred dollars by helping us to decide on our hotel, flight and excursion options. Mr. Valdez actively listened to our needs and gave us a plethora of information which resulted in us having one of the best trips to date. For example, my girlfriend and I wanted to maximize a 4 day weekend getaway to Mexico filled with visits to historical sites, beach access and an opportunity to experience local restaurants. With this in mind Javier recommended that we stay in Playa Del Carmen. Staying here gave us access to Mayan temples an hour away as well as allowed us the advantage of having local restaurants and the beach within a half block radius of our hotel. Convenience was key in making the most of our 4 day weekend away from NY and Javier was able to provide this for us while saving us money as a bonus.

Javier was of great assistance in helping to coordinate a trip for a group of us which involved exploring and volunteering in Cuba and the Dominican Republic. While the others were from the USA, I am from Australia which must have represented an additional logistical challenge for Javier but he never complained! He was on call leading up to the trip, during the trip itself and afterwards. Always friendly, very helpful and prompt with his assistance - even the weekend he got married and was on his honeymoon! Wedding Hotel Block

Javier helped me set up a large hotel room block for guests at my wedding.
The level of service Javier provided was far beyond my expectations. It was clear that he was my advocate, clarifying key points with the hotel and actively making sure everything was in order. He even got an upgraded suite with complementary in-room champagne and desserts for me and my wife!

Perfect Wedding + The Best Honeymoon!!

Javier and his team were absolutely wonderful in helping plan the hotel block and transportation for our large DC wedding.
He helped manage all the relations with the hotel so that our guests could book seamlessly at reasonable rates. Because of Javier's help with setting up the hotel block for our wedding, we were able to leverage additional perks with hotel and could ensure that all our guests thoroughly enjoyed their time in DC!
We are also grateful that Javier helped manage all the logistics behind the transportation to and from the chapel with a limousine company. He ensured that there were no issues before, during or after the service.
