Good Morning, London. Start your trip in this beautiful city, which combines its heritage with the excitement of a capital city. Get familiar with your home for a few days, and meet your tour guide for dinner this afternoon.

Start your morning by departing from London and heading to Bath. Explore the Roman Baths, the city’s namesake, and take in the stunning Georgian architecture of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. After lunch, journey through the picturesque countryside to Stonehenge, where you can visit the ancient stone monoliths once revered by pagans.

Today’s adventure begins with a guided half-day introductory sightseeing tour of London’s iconic landmarks. Marvel at Big Ben, the majestic Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. Then, journey to Windsor, home to the world’s oldest and largest continuously occupied royal castle. Spend the afternoon immersed in over 900 years of royal history as you explore this historic market town, before heading back to London.

Spend a leisurely day exploring the enchanting sights and sounds of London. You might enjoy a relaxing cruise along the Thames River, uncover centuries of history, marvel at the crown jewels at the Tower of London, ride on the London Eye, or wander through the vibrant stalls of Covent Garden. Consider joining your Travel Director for an optional West End show in the evening to experience London’s theatrical magic.

After four beautiful days in London, it’s time to head to the City of Light. We depart London and journey through the countryside to Dover, where we’ll board a ferry. We’ll watch the impressive White Cliffs fade into the distance as we cross to France. On our way to Paris, we’ll pass the historic World War I battlefields of the Somme. We’ll spend the next four nights in this enchanting city.

Today, the City of Light dazzles as our Local Specialist guides us on a sightseeing tour of Paris. We’ll take in the grandeur of the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, and Notre Dame Cathedral, followed by a stroll through the charming Latin Quarter. Enjoy a free afternoon to immerse yourself in the elegance of this stunning city. Perhaps visit the Musée d’Orsay in a beautiful former Beaux-Arts railway station. Connect with locals over dinner this evening and experience the Parisian culture firsthand.

Spend a leisurely morning in Paris or visit Montparnasse and Napoleon’s tomb. Later, we tour the magnificent Palace of Versailles, a testament to the grandeur of King Louis XIV, the ‘Sun King.’ Marvel at the exquisite gardens and the Hall of Mirrors with its stunning chandeliers. Enjoy the city’s nightlife in the evening, or consider attending a vibrant Parisian cabaret show.

Enjoy a leisurely day, immersing yourself in the sophistication and charm of Paris at your own pace. Savor delectable French pastries at a local pâtisserie, stroll through the cobblestone streets of Le Marais, explore Montmartre and take in the stunning white domes of Sacré-Cœur, or have a delightful picnic in the picturesque Tuileries gardens. On our final evening in Paris, gather with your travel companions and Travel Director for a memorable dinner in the city.

After breakfast, you depart for your trip home.
