My wife and I are very fortunate to have Laura’s help organizing our honeymoon! We originally planned our honeymoon for June of this year, however needed to push it back due to the Coronavirus. Laura has been fantastic for us - from always being responsive, to finding the best options for us to choose from and staying on top of what is a fluid situation. While we haven’t enjoyed our honeymoon yet (we sure will in time), Laura has made the entire process feel effortless in an unique time and constantly finds ways to save us money and our time. Laura, Megan & the entire team at Caribbean Journey were an absolute delight to work with on our destination wedding in Aruba. There was quite a bit of complexity to our trip as we were booking 5 different couples/families coming from 4 different locations, all with varying travel dates and specific needs. It was a tremendous amount of work from the get-go. They were incredibly detail-oriented and provided great insight and counsel around booking the resort, as well as for the airfare and ground transportation. The CJ team was patient with our countless questions, and they communicated in a timely and positive manner throughout the process. We threw quite a few wrinkles at them, and they did a tremendous amount of work to ensure everything around our trip and wedding came off flawlessly. We would highly recommend Caribbean Journey and have have used them twice in the last three years (Costa Rica 2021 and Hawaii 2024)....They did a great job scouting locations we were not familiar with, booking transportation once at the destination and making sure all "the little things" were worked out. Our Hawaii trip involved three islands and a few days in California on the way back, and Laura's team was able to ensure that every leg of the trip and all activities were scheduled correctly!

If you want a responsive agent who goes above and beyond, Laura is your consultant! Laura was our travel consultant for a trip to Cabo with a group of friends. We had a wonderful vacation experience thanks to Lauren at the Journey Group. We had a super short timeframe t between when we needed to book and start our vacation (within two weeks of starting to work with the Journey Group!). I really appreciated how quickly I received a response to my initial inquiry from Laura, and how fast she set us up to work with Lauren. Lauren turned around a proposal and then the final booking and itinerary super quickly while being very attentive to our wants and desires for our trip. This was our first time using a travel agent, and we really saw the incredible value with how we were too overwhelmed by options + lacked the time to plan our trip ourselves.

Laura has arranged two vacations for me. First my honeymoon in Jamaica and then a vacation in the Bahamas. Since day one she was always very responsive and quickly answered any questions. When we arrived in the Bahamas and found our ocean view room to not have quite the view we expected, she immediately contacted management and had us moved to a better room. Throughout that process she stayed in touch by text even though it was a Saturday. Very happy with her level of customer service and we will certainly use her again in the future.

5th Vacation with Laura!

This was the 5th vacation that Laura has set up for us. Every trip has been a success. On this last trip, she arranged a private candlelight dinner on the pier for our group, which was outside what the resort normally does because our group was too large to accommodate on the beach. Every aspect of it was perfect and it was such a wonderful surprise for our friends! Unfortunately, one of our couples lost their mother during this trip. I made the call to Laura and woke her up and she had their flight changed within ten minutes. She also arranged for a private limo to transport them to the airport. While it was a stressful time, that gesture made it so much better for them. I can't say enough wonderful things about Laura and her staff. We have made the decision that we won't travel again without using her agency.

Although we only first contacted Laura a few weeks before departure, she quickly found the right flights and hotel and she arranged everything including dinner reservations and excursions. Jamaican Honeymoon!

My fiance and I just got back from our honeymoon in Jamaica. Laura was an absolute gem to work with. She was extremely responsive and on top of any questions we had! We did not have to worry about a thing! Our travel documents were sent directly to us in great detail of what to expect when traveling and what to bring along. For a couple who has never been to Jamaica before, the travel documents and having Laura just an email/text away was such a relief! We breezed through security and were able to find our shuttle in no time! We also use Laura for our yearly company trip which consists of about 60-65 rooms and Laura impresses us year after year. My wife and I were looking for a beach-side villa on a pristine white sand beach for our family of 5 - somewhere in the Caribbean or Atlantic. I had been working with another travel agent who informed me these were hard to find and kept sending information about resorts (which we did not want). This back and forth went on for over 2 months, until frustrated and worried we might be running out of time, I finally wised up decided to look for help elsewhere. I used google to find and compare other agencies which specialized in Caribbean vacations and decided to contact Caribbean Journey. Within hours, Laura had sent me a list of nearly a dozen options - all of which were precisely what we were looking for (and even some which we hadn't considered but were truly intriguing options). She was the ultimate professional - responsive, informative, and patient in answering our countless silly questions. In the end, we settled on a wonderful villa in Turks and Caicos Islands...
