Bottom line - Viking Ocean is awesome! Beautiful ship. Wonderful service. Great amenities. Incredible food. A cruise experience geared to intelligent adults - which is what we were looking for. We were not disappointed. Unfortunately, we ran into some bad weather and two of the port calls had to be cancelled as the ship could not safely get into those ports. So, we missed Rhodes and Santorini. Got an extra port call in Crete. Guess we will have to do another Med/Aegean cruise as some point so that we can see those ports. ?? Will definitely be looking to do another ocean cruise with Viking in the future. Karrie was great to work with in setting up the cruise and our transfers!

Karrie made the travel planning a million times easier and did it with such short notice! Everything was planned out perfectly and we had a great time! Loved the resort and it accommodated every thing we needed! I could’ve never planned it on my own and we will 100% come back to her for future travel planning!

John and Karrie were great through the whole process from booking our trip to scheduling our Fast Passes for each park and Dining choices! We didn't know it would have been so much work for us to go to Disney World and were happy that they made it easy for us. I absolutely love what Karrie did for us. I have to say this was the first time I had every used a travel planner and I wasn't sure what to expect. But truly, the trip she planned and booked for us was the easiest travelling I have every done. And it was out of country AND during COVID. We decided to go on a cruise out of Galveston, TX. We used Karrie in the past and asked for help with this trip. Within a few hours we were booked and ready to go! Fantastic service!

Our trip to Nashville was a last minute decision. Karrie was wonderful in booking our room, getting us tickets to the Grand Ole Oprey and tickets to the Country Music Museum and Hall of Fame. We were very pleased with our experience working with Karrie!

We were finally able to do our Silversea Mediterranean cruise that was postponed due to Covid. Karrie was instrumental in navigating cancellations and re-booking many trips. It was our first time on Silversea and food was great! We then had our rescheduled biblical tour of Greece. We ended our adventure taking a Viking River cruise with our sons and their significant others on the Danube River. It was a wonderful trip and having Karrie as our advocate made it even better!

Well, we were 6 months late but finally went on our honeymoon. Few things I would like to share…..Thank you to Karrie & John Weber for putting this whole trip together for us. The logistics to get to the Maldives is a pain in the butt. If anyone ever needs a great vacation package, call them and they'll take care of you! Flew from Austin on Business Class. I’ve never been on a plane not only with beds but with such amazing customer service. It made the 16 hour flight to Qatar seem like nothing. At Mali we took off on a water plane to Centara Island in the Maldives. Everything about this 4 acre island in the middle of the ocean was nothing short of bliss. No cell phones, beautiful water, sharks, food and spa is basically how 7 days went by so fast. It was so amazing, all I did was relax. If you ever have the opportunity to go to the Maldives, it’s 100 percent worth the 30+ hours of travel.

An agent who goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need or want. I'm going to use them to plan my trip to Italy next year!

Madrid is a vibrant with tons of things to see and do. The city tour that we had was very good. Karrie was wonderful in planning our trip and making additional reservations after the cruise line cancelled our precruise extension. She was able to secure the same hotel for us and provide an intensive city tour. Thank you for letting us know that our flight to Porto had been cancelled! If you had not been on top of everything, that small detail would have become a problem. We really had a lovely time on the Douro river cruise. This was just about the most perfect trip- Our Viking cruise with our grown children and spouses to the Far East was amazing. We did have a situation during the cruise regarding an overnight excursion that wasn't being handled correctly by Viking, but Karrie and John got involved and miraculously Viking did a 180 and we were pleased with the outcome. They were a huge help and one of the reasons we use them; they are our advocate! We then stayed two nights in Bangkok at a phenomenal hotel that Karrie and John booked for us. It was really a great trip!

Karrie has always made travel so much easier for me and my
family. This trip was no exception. She works tirelessly to make sure we are enjoying ourselves. I know in this day and age you can try to plan your own trip, but Karrie always does the little extra things that make it special and looks out to make sure you are going to enjoy your trip! She shared different ways to make boarding the ship easier with suggestions of where to park, she checked in once we were on board. I think the one thing that
sums it up is when we got to our cabin and found that we had
been given a room that overlooked the front of the ship and my
kids both said "Karrie outdid herself". That was the truth. We
loved the cruise and I definitely think that this was a great ship to
go on especially if you have those kids in the range of 11-14. I
saw lots of other families with little ones enjoying it as well. It
was just a great experience. Karrie is now planning a trip for us to Maine for this

We were very satisfied working with Karrie on a multi-generation family trip to Italy. We had 9 travelers; grandparents, parents and grand-children. She assisted with hotels, rail, transfers.... a very smooth process and the trip was a success!

If there could have been a perfect trip, this was it! This is our fourth trip with The Tiki Travel Planner and all have been amazing. With this trip everything happened as planned or anticipated, no surprises. I love that Karrie is always available with answers to my questions and extra helpful bits of information. The hotels she selected in both Basel and Amsterdam were perfect. The Hotel in Amsterdam is probably our best hotel experience ever. That topped off our amazing Christmas Markets Viking River Cruise!

My husband and I picked this trip ourselves and
asked Karrie Webber to set it up for us. We did know what to
expect on this trip since we picked it out ourselves and had
never done a river cruise. Karrie did a great job of getting it
planned for us. The trip caters to a senior adult crowd which limited our excursion options. The food was great and I enjoyed learning all the
history, but our stateroom was very dirty. The cleaning crew
did poorly in cleaning and maintaining clean rooms daily. We
would struggle to nd cleaning staff to get us clean towels.
The experience was good for me to try something new, but I
probably will not do another river cruise with American Cruise
lines. Karrie does an excellent job at setting up our trips. We
will continue to use her travel services.

I've always been hesitant to use a travel agent, but this was way less stressful than planning it myself and overall a great experience! Karrie did a great job!

Celebrity did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. Everything we were promised they delivered. I would highly recommend Celebrity to all my friends and family. I will definitely contact Karrie when I am ready to book my next travel experience!

Karrie helped us to plan a trip during the busy holiday season for a lower cost than doing it on our own! She also recommended
fabulous restaurants, some of which were our favorites of the whole vacation. It was quick and easy, definitely would recommend.

Covid delayed the trip by 2 years. Kerrie did a fantastic job of keeping tabs on the rescheduled payment deadlines and adjusting all insurance to accommodate the changed dates of the cruise and to include our travel both prior to and post cruise.

Karrie was an amazing help for our vacation. I thought
it might have been too late to reserve our hotel
and tickets myself. I quickly became extremely
overwhelmed with the planning. Karrie
swooped in and took care of everything! Including our
transportation to and from the airport! I am already
inquiring about our next vacation with them. Highly

Everything was great! We planned to go to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Karrie was amazing with all the booking plans and anytime I had questions she was so quick to respond - even while on the trip. She took care of everything. Traveling with 11 people is not easy and to get all the rooms together, transportation scheduled to and from airport and the parks organized was incredible. I felt so prepared on Day 1 which made our experience less stressful and more enjoyable. I couldn’t have imagined planning this trip with out her! Do not plan a trip on your own!!! Use Karrie - she is amazing!!!!

Karrie was amazing and helped me with every part of my trip to
Disney. She gave me fantastic tips and made all the reservations
for me. They were always available and happy to answer
questions and very knowledgeable about the resorts and the
parks. Definitely recommend them!

Karrie has helped us with a Disney Cruise and now we wanted to go to Disneyland with the kids. She found us a great hotel and the suggestion to add Genie+ to our tickets was appreciated! Genie+ was a positive addition to our trip!

We had a wonderful time at Disneyland to check out the parks 70th anniversary! February was a great time to be there. We covered all both parks almost completely in two days. And spent the next two days exploring. We went to several good restaurants, but the by far the best was Blue Bayou overlooking the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. After doing a Virgin Voyages Caribbean cruise, I decided to do one in Europe and it was not a disappointment. Ship boarding was smooth. All meals were fabulous. The entertainment was fun. Excursions were excellent.
