Sandy is a miracle worker. I have her working on my flight to Peru -- and then I'm connecting in Miami to Georgetown, Guyana. The ticket to Guyana is an amazing price and the Peru portion is US$700 less than I expected it to be.

Unknown paradise found

I am fairly new to travel so did not hold a great amount of knowledge on places that would be nice to see other then what I had heard from friends. Sandy had a great knowledge of amazing areas to visit for every situation you could think of from places you could be very physically active to the best places to just relax. She was so easy to deal with and actually listened to what I wanted in a trip and gave me the perfect place to visit when I didn’t even know it existed. I wanted a lot of wild life and I ended up getting more then I could ever imagine which made it the trip I could never forget and would never want to . So happy I was help to find what was truly available. Thank you sandy for opening doors I never knew where there and marking what started as a simply trip an experience of a life time. P.S elephants are scarier up close then on t.v ??

Our experience with Sandy is always wonderful. She is friendly, knowledgible and makes planning a vacation a pure pleasure. She know what questions to ask to qualify what it is you want in a vacation. We wanted a family vacation over the New Years celebrations. Imagine standing on the Beach barefoot, drinking wine and shirley temples, fireworks going off for 1/2 hr(you did not even know in which direction to look) with all of your kids, their spouses and of course the precious grandsons. This memory will be with us for forever and we have Sandy to thank for setting this up. She did showcase her exceptional ability to make your wishes come true.

Bucket list trip of a lifetime.

We had Sandy book our flights to Thailand and a return from Vietnam. She was very good at communicating varied prices and times of flights. In the end she had a flight booked that was priced well and met our time lines. When there were a few minor changes in itinerary, she made sure we received the message and were ok with it.

Terrific trip

Sandy was great getting different flight options for our trip. We ended up getting refundable tickets and 3 checked bags for minimal extra cost from the normal tickets. Only downside was getting assistance on a room and parking while we were gone from the airport. Other than that Sandy was responsive to emails and courteous.

Hotel/Resort clean and well maintained. Lots of pools, and a long beach area. There were many bars that were well stocked, with familiar mid brand alcohols. Smaller Buffet choices, but prepared well. A la cartes were very acceptable. Bucerias Centro was walkable, which makes it’s proximity a selling point for town adventures.

Service above and beyond

Sandy was referred to by a friend and we were planning a holiday with them so decided to book our trip with her as well. She was amazing to work with and had every detail included. While flying home our flight was canceled due to mechanical issues with the plane. An email was sent to Sandy late at night explaining our situation as a group of 7 stranded in Cancun. The airline did the best they could to arrange flights back for about 200 travellers. There was an issue with our flights so we headed back to the airport to make arrangements. Sandy was looking first thing that morning and even called us on our cell phone in Mexico. She was able to see a couple seats left on a flight back to our province but would need to arrange car rental to get us back to the airport where our vehicle was. We hopped on the flight to Regina and Sandy had already arranged a rental when we landed. Highly recommended Sandy! Was very thankful and impressed how she went above and beyond.

Amazing Help from a Travel Agent

We have had Sandy help us with two major trips. We seem to be able to do short trip planning ourselves but the bigger trips flying in and out of various cities is tricky. I can never get the best price. She seems to be able to find a much better deal for us. Sandy responds quickly and has an itinerary that makes sense for our flights within hours. One time in South Africa when a small airline went out of business that we were to take across the country, Sandy immediately found another flight with little notice. She really saved the stress in us having to figure it out in a foreign country. I have already recommended her to family and friends. Travel can be stressful and challenging and Sandy helps to take that out of it!

Over The Top - Sandy is on top of all of my travel experiences. She knows the ups and downs and has a solution before other people know there is a problem. After we booked, there was the advisory against non essential travel issued, and she was great with helping us with concerns and questions. She suggested extra insurance for COVID (that others at our resort who booked elsewhere didn't hear about) which gave us piece of mind. Mexico 2021

We had a wonderful family vacation. Fourteen of us traveled from three different cities to spend Christmas 2021 together in a place that's warmer than Saskatchewan. We contacted Sandy's agency, and she stepped in to help us when her colleague retired. The recommendations she made, and the travel plan we received couldn't have been better. Sandy was prompt and kind in her replies even when our questions, influenced by our fear over travel during a pandemic, sometimes had obvious answers. It made us feel safer to have her in our corner, especially when we realized (at our destination) how valuable her advice and attention to detail with our travel documents was. We knew she'd be available, even through the Christmas season, if we needed her. We are deeply grateful and will certainly call her again for help with travel.

There is never a problem when Pleasure or Work travel and lodging or tour goes off without a hitch. But that is unlikely to happen now adays.
I have no hesitation to recommend booking travel and land packages using Sandy and Jubilee Travel. The industry is filled with "great deals" and the "On Line App Services" one click away to save money... what it leaves out is possibly cancelled or delayed flight segments and over bookings and the destination reservation may be less room or service package that the brochure suggests. Sandy (and her staff) do the homework and background investigation to take as much risk out of your reservations as they can.
I know when I get on that plane , or check into that resort, or board that ship I have the confidence that details were looked after (especially travelling internationally).

We recently got married at the Dreams Resort in Huatulco, Mexico. The decision to get married here was an easy one, but not without the help of expert travel agent Sandy Farber. Her seamless organizational skills and attention to detail, from choosing the date to the final minutes before the ceremony, were exceptional. She took care of all of our guests, from booking their trip to any last minute questions they may have had. She helped us connect directly with the wedding coordinator at the resort. The meet and greet with the coordinator before the wedding was all lined up before we arrived at the resort, so all we had to do was sit down with her for 20 minutes and go over last minute details. As most people know weddings can be stressful, we did experience some stress, but if it wasn't for Sandy ensuring us that everything was going to be taken care of, I'm not sure how we would have done it. She was always there for us to make it the best day of our lives.

Sandy was incredible. At first I thought the prices seemed high (I had never booked travel prior to my year long adventure) but I went and did my own research and she came in significantly cheaper than anything I could find. Once travelling I changed numerous flights and missed others. Sandy was so quick to take care of things anytime I had an issue and I was on the next flight. With minimal or most often no fees. She was absolutely amazing to work with and always met my difficulties with a smile :)
