Val took the time to listen to our wants and did the best to find us a cruise while staying within our budget. Our beer budget but champagne wishes was not a problem for her. She had access to rates not advertised anywhere else. Her expertise on the cruise lines and ability to problem solve made this the easiest booking ever. Leading up to the cruise, she notified us about important dates liking checking in, booking shows and purchasing excursions. She took the time to walk me through the cruise line check in process and she delivered our documents as well as a gift before our cruise. Once we flew out, she watched our flights and when she saw our flight was delayed and we would not make our connection, she found another flight once we were in the air and got us changed to it before we even landed.
