Leslie is the BEST travel agent I have ever met. She will go to extreme measure to make sure me and my family have the best vacations ever. We just tell her where we want to go and when and the rest is up to her. I having been using Leslie for years and don't know what I would do with out her knowledge in the industry.

We have booked three vacations through Leslie now, including our honeymoon, and she has knocked all of them out of the park! Leslie really listens to what you want and makes helpful suggestions, but she is never pushy. She worked with me for 6 months to plan this trip. And when we were away, I even wanted to make a change. I emailed her my request and she handled it for me. Leslie created a fabulous trip to Portugal for us. We celebrated my wife's retirement by taking this two-week trip. Every aspect of the trip was outstanding. Leslie planned and arranged all transportation - airlines, trains, personal cars, and city bus tours. The accommodations she selected were all 5-star hotels located in the heart of the cities that we visited. All were close to the major sites, restaurants, and shopping areas. The trip was top notch. We will definitely use Leslie again for a future trip.

Leslie was incredible to work with. She was not even our original agent, but due to Covid, she stepped in and was invaluable in assisting my wife and I in recouping most of our deposit. She was very communicative and always responded within a few hours to any questions. She also took the lead in contacting and moving along the process with the travel insurance company we purchased a policy from, sometimes proactively without hearing from myself beforehand for an update. I have had the pleasure of working with Leslie for many years. She has always been extremely helpful to me with travel arrangements even for the quickest of trips. We took a family trip to London and needless to say the airlines changed the time of our first flight and did not give us enough notice to be able to make it to the airport. I called Leslie in a panic and she was able to rebook us with a different airlines and we were still on time for our connecting flight. She followed us through the entire trip checking in and making sure we made it to our destination. Throughout the week Leslie checked in with us several times to make sure that all the tour arrangements she made for us were going as planned. Leslie's attention to us and our trip was above and beyond what I expected. Leslie is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

This trip to Spain was incredible. Leslie worked with Avanti Destinations to plan this "trip of a lifetime." Everything worked like clockwork. Our transportation was perfect; our transfers were always there on time and were very friendly and professional; the 4 hotels were outstanding 4-star and 5-star accommodations always right in the middle of the best part of each city; and the tours (tapas, flamenco dance show, and wine and cheese tours) that we had were private and with very knowledgeable people who loved to show-off their cities. We planned this trip early and Leslie was able to meet all of our requirements for the trip. We will definitely be using her to plan our next getaway. We went to Barcelona, Sevilla, Malaga, and Madrid, spending 3 or 4 days at each city. That was all a perfect amount of time at each one.

My experience working with Leslie and Apple Vacations was so stress free! We told Leslie we wanted a US based honeymoon and were given multiple options within our budget. We chose a five star resort in Puerto Rico that was amazing. We stayed at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. The resort was immaculate and boasts the largest pool in PR. We were given a complimentary ride from the airport to the hotel. We also had an included breakfast at our resort that was some of our favorite meals while there! We went on snorkeling and rain forest excursions and had so many laughs doing so. I highly recommend that resort and going to El Yunque rain forest! Also, Leslie was easily reachable and patiently answered any questions or concerns we had, highly recommend booking through her. She for sure got us the best deal possible without compromising quality.

Just a quick note to say Thank you for organizing our epic trip. We had a great time and all told I give the trip a 10 out of 10. Out of entire 12 days, only really two very small issues where transfer out of Naples train station to Sorrento was a bit messy and driver said had to pick of two couples because our driver was in an accident; and air conditioner in Rome hotel was not the best but good enough, yet hotel and service were great. All told a major successful trip! We were very grateful for your work putting this together! We will absolutely contact you again for future trips.

We planned a week long trip to the Amalfi Coast thru Leslie. As it was a trip with our granddaughter, we wanted it to be perfect. She first of all urged us to base our stay in Sorrento; I have to say that ALL the details that Leslie worked out were just right. From the greeter at the Rome airport, to the drivers we had in several locations, to the tickets she secured for a golf cart tour of Rome, and our boat trip to Capri,----every service was on-time, with friendly helpful people. The drivers had spotless cars and great attitudes. The two hotels we stayed at in Rome at the beginning of our trip and at the end, were located perfectly. Leslie was easy to work with: the best part is she was flexible and understood our priorities and preferences. A really nice person that helped us create some great memories for our granddaughter (and us too). One other Best Part.......the pricing Leslie found us was very reasonable. Leslie was such a great source of knowledge when planning a trip to the Caribbean, a place not familiar to me for travel. We needed to work out plane tickets to stop in Miami for a weekend wedding and she found us fantastic plane tickets prices I could not find on my own. She answered all questions we had; found a hotel within our budget, but with space we needed. We plan to repeat the same trip next year - it was all great, thanks to Leslie!

Leslie was an active listener to our desires for the trip, efficient and professional. She had a whole network of people that took care of us from start to finish.

We have worked with Leslie for over 10 years and she has planned many fabulous trips for us. Our absolute favorite trip was to Ireland. From our arrival in Dublin; Leslie had transfers waiting to pick us up and drop at hotel. Leslie always picks hotels that are unique to the town/country we are visiting; never a big hotel chain. We were then picked up every morning from our hotel by a private driver. William was so friendly and he even brought us coffee/treats every morning. We enjoyed the destinations selected and the tour guide who personally drove us from town to town with his personal perspective on Ireland’s history and charm. William always advised us the best ways to visit all of the sights and knew how to steer clear of the crowds of tourists. Leslie was spot on when advising us to choose a private tour/driver at little more cost than the group tours but it was worth it and we highly recommend it.
