Cathy has always been very enthusiastic to suggest destinations when my wife and I were looking for our honeymoon getaway. After we had such a good experience, we went back to Cathy when we wanted a vacation. She is presently helping with insurance claims and has already dealt with United for our seat upgrade refunds. It goes without saying, amongst the many tears to start with, that without her guidance and perseverance we would not have had the absolutely best trip of our lives! I have referred many friends and family to Cathy as she understands exactly what everyone looks for in a vacation. We tend to go on the "road less traveled" and she has helped us do that in Iceland, Germany, Switzerland, Poland , Austria, Australia, New Zealand and the Cook Islands, just to name a few. Cathy always goes above and beyond to coordinate our trips from different cities to an amazing resort . This year with all the flight cancelations we really needed her help. My flight out was canceled and Cathy found me another flight and I was still able to meet up with my daughter at the airport in Jamaica. She took care of canceling my flight that the airline tried to substitute. When I returned she was able to get a refund for the flight that was canceled. My daughter and I had an amazing time together, thanks to Cathy fortaking care of all the stress.
