We met Nancy in 2013 when she was our travel agent for our first Viking cruise. The trip was wonderful, but because of river flooding, the Rhine was "closed" and could not be navigated for a few days. In spite of that we liked Viking so much that we have taken two more cruises with them, with Nancy making all of our arrangements, including pre- and post trip extended stays, car rentals, private tour guides, etc. Nancy has also made our travel arrangements for several other vacations, i.e. a Backroads trip in Italy, an Alaska cruise, Norway, and an upcoming rail trip of the Canadian Rockies. When problems have occurred due to cancelled flights, or mixups with arranged transportation, Nancy follows up with insurance, and other claims on our behalf. Locally, Nancy has held receptions to introduce us to other vacation and trip venues, many times to a standing room only crowd of her friends and loyal customers. Yes, Nancy becomes your friend, not just your travel agent.
