Professional, Personal and Perfect is the only way I can describe this holiday. From the time we started planning, Shoba was always willing to answer our innumerable questions, requests and doubts, especially about traveling to a foreign country for the first time. Her presence in this trip made it even more special as she and her lovely husband are great fun to be with. Even in parts of the trip where they were not joining us, Shoba made sure that every day was organised superbly with local guides, hotels, transfers etc.
It was an absolute pleasure to be in a group that was great fun, and nothing was too hard for Shoba.

Shoba arranged this amazing and fascinating tour of Argentina, Brail and Peru lasing 18 days. The tourist attractions she picked were perfect, the arrangements immaculate and the whole trip was completed without any hiccups at all. She had arranged knowlegeable and friendly guides wherever we went and the accommodation was excellent everywhere. Of special mention is the Amazon river cruise for three days which was a mind boggling experience along with other amazing destinations like Rio de Janero, Gauchos(Argentina) and of course, Machu Pichu. Looking forward to our next trip with Shoba .....

A Memorable experience!

Shoba was very prompt and answered all our questions when we planned our trip with her. We told her our requirements and budget and with her detailed planning it made for an extraordinarily easy trip. All our hotels she booked for us were very comfortable with free sumptuous breakfast buffets. Our guides were very knowledgeable and all of them came on time and spoke good English. We learned a lot of fascinating history about the Inca culture and history of the Andes peoples. I would without hesitation recommend Shoba to plan your next trip to Peru or anywhere else.

Shoba's expertise, elite professionalism and patience made our trip to Kenya an unforgettable experience. Into the Wild: A trip to remember!

We were a part of a 24 member group visiting Kenya organised by Shobha Subrahmanyam , for many of us it the was the first experience of Africa. The entire trip was well organised and scheduled properly with a wonderful itinerary. The accommodations were excellent with great food. Bucket List Europe River Cruise

This is my first time travelling on an itinerary setup by Shoba. However, I have been receiving feedback from other persons who are repeat travellers with Shoba and the feedback is consistently that Shoba picks high quality packages at good prices and the AMA Waterways cruise was no exception.
Shoba also arranged a pre-cruise 3 day Switzerland excursion which needed complex arrangements. It was a wonderful excursion and the complex arrangements were flawless. Very comfortable hotels. The Switzerland excursion was the highlight of the entire trip.
Shoba treats her clients, first-timer or not, like family. My particular booking required some scheduling changes that were unusual and time consuming. Shoba tirelessly and patiently got the changes made and saved the day for me. Shoba also will advise when she thinks a paid feature is not worth the cost or is subpar in terms of quality, with no concern to the complexity of booking or the compensation for her company.

We had a wonderful all inclusive trip for 7 days to Cabo San Lucas, organized by Shoba, operated by Air Canada Vacations. Right from the first conversation with Shoba she provided us with many options and shared a ton of knowledge in booking an all-inclusive vacation, and about the resorts available to us. She found us our trip and it was exactly what we were looking for! We stayed at Hacienda Encantada Resort in an all-inclusive package, amidst COVID-19. The resort was one of a kind: it was more authentic than others and had amazing service, food, and views! I worked with Shoba to put together a safari to Tanzania for my wife and a friend who travelled with me. Shoba made arrangement for our time in Arica before the rest of the group got there. The arrangements were really well done and she took care of all the details. The Tanzmania Experience

Communication with Shoba was excellent. She offered suggestions and advice on flights, visa application, covid restrictions, packing lists, tipping, and even checked in with us prior to our departure from the US. We were received at the airport by a representative from Centre Holidays, a relief in a new country. The various accommodations at the lodges and the food was excellent. Shoba even gave us the opportunity of staying in a tent for 2 nights for the experience, but took care to place us in a great accommodation for the next night to catch up on the sleep we missed, listening to the night sounds outside. Shoba’s thoughtfulness extended even to the partnering among families for the various long game drives sometimes as long as 6 hours. Managing a large group like ours with thirty-one individuals was not easy but Shoba gave us all a wonderful experience, the music in the evenings enabled us to get to know each other better.

Our Amazing Memorable Trips .
My husband Glen Matthews and I experienced two trips organized by Shoba. From the moment of committing to going on the trips to our time spent on the trip, we were impressed by Shobas professionalism and her excellent planning skills, her attention to detail made every day of the trips memorable. Shoba just didnt put together an itinerary of places to visit but ensured that in each place we visited we had authentic experiences. Each place we visited was researched very carefully where we experienced the culture of the place. Shoba has excellent organization and planning skills. She ensured that the hotels were of high quality along with the food experiences. She dealt with issues with a sense of humor and positive resolution. She maintained a a group cohesiveness that built a sense of community. We are so impressed and have so much faith in Shoba that we are registered for the trip to Tanzania in July 2022
