Our trip to Japan was indeed a trip of a lifetime mostly because of Ami. She worked with us to create an amazing itinerary to see the highlights of Japan. She is knowledgeable, collaborative, incredibility organized and an absolute pleasure to work with. We knew from the start that we were in good hands. She is a gem amongst travel planners. As part of the initial planning of our trip, Ami spent time to get to know us – our goals for the trip, our likes, dislikes, how active we wanted to be, etc. Ultimately getting a good impression of what the perfect trip to Japan would look like for us. As we confirmed each piece of the itinerary – Ami was efficient and resourceful in booking our flights, hotels, tours and tour guides. She managed our budget throughout the process. Once planning was finished, Ami did a final walkthrough of our itinerary. At times we wanted to change some dates and Ami was quick to accommodate. As part of the itinerary Ami always included tips and advisements on specific cities including how to navigate the transportation systems. We started every day by reviewing the online itinerary including Ami’s insights. The online itinerary was extremely helpful, and we referred to it multiple times a day. During the trip, Ami communicated with us to ensure that everything was going smoothly. It was reassuring that we could contact her during our trip. Our trip was perfect! We can’t thank Ami enough for what an amazing job she did, and we look forward to working with her on our next trip.

What can I say about our trip to Japan - amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. Ami worked with us to add to our Nakasendo trail hike and help build our travel for the time before and after our hike. Ami's advice on things to see and where to go was great. She helped build a travel program which allowed us to see many things outside of the major cities. Seeing a Japanese play on Robin Hood, e-cycling and the art on Naoshima, the shrine at Nikko, Matsue and our private tour, the drum festival at Narita, the spa at Kinosaki. Ami also provided advice on an amazing restaurant in Kyoto. Ami's help on accommodations was exactly what we had asked for. We felt safe in all of our locations. All in all, Ami's experience and knowledge of Japan made our trip truly memorable.

I spent three and a half weeks in Tokyo, with one side trip to Matsumoto. It was my fifth time there, so I pretty much knew what I wanted to do, what I was looking for and how I wanted things to go, and it went off pretty much exactly as anticipated. I saw idol live events, Japanese Gardens, a castle, did some shopping and just vibed in one of the world's most fascinating city.

What. A. Trip!! I fell in love with Japan the moment I landed in Tokyo. The cities, the food, the people…truly amazing.
