I've known Josh for years...having met on a cruise! He is a great tour leader on trips and attentive to the details, and strives to make sure you have a great time. Especially important is when something goes wrong, Josh is all over it.

Another incredible journey

Josh recently arranged a trip for us to Iceland. We sailed aboard the Starpride, a gorgeous ship run by Windstar Cruise Lines. It was, as described, absolutely beautiful, and totally first class. Never having been to Iceland, this 7-day trip opened up our eyes to a magnificent country, and the most incredible people.
Josh knows the meaning of taking care of his clients. From the moment that we signed up, we were continuously updated with reminders about forms we need to fill out, scheduling off-ship excursions, and notes to keep up our excitement. Josh took care of everything. Plane to city transfers, hotel to ship transfers, dining reservations, etc.
I have recommended Josh to several friends. We are in the process of planning another great trip with him in the Spring. If you ever had a reservation about working with a travel agent, I would say, give that up and call Josh and Galaxy Travel. You will be so happy you did.

A Trip to Remember

Josh has been my personal travel agent for years, Recently he booked my family an amazing 12 day vacation package that was the trip of a lifetime for our family.
The options he presented to us to select from were above and beyond what we expected and hoped for. The daily excursions were spectacular to say the least.
His knowledge of air connections and airlines is unsurpassed and his ability to find the perfect unique hotel for us to stay in every few days was extraordinary.

He is ultimate Pro, answering every question that we had, and being proactive instead of reactive with any issues that came up. He also helped one of our friends with air fare on a trip they were taking (that he didn't get paid on) and saved them $5,000 on airfare! Now that is service!!!!

Amazing river cruise experience

I worked with Josh on a river cruise in Burgundy and Provence as well as pre-cruise hotels in Paris and Lyon. Josh was easy to work with providing personal service each step of the way. He gave me several hotel options in both cities based on my preferred price range. Both hotels I selected were excellent. The cruise was a spectacular experience. The ship, Amadeus Provence, was beautiful with excellent food and attentive, friendly staff. Everything was Very well organized with fun and informative excursions. Great! He had good communication regarding the upcoming trip. I loved the Axus app were he stored all of my travel info - dates, flights, times, ground transportation, cruise schedule, etc. It was terrific to have it in one location with easy access. Josh was always available to help when needed.
