Karen has planned several trips for our family. This includes Disney, Universal, All-Inclusive getaways, Caribbean Cruises, a European cruise and 2 trips to Mexico. Her knowledge, professionalism, courteousness and attention to detail are top notch. I turn to her for all of my travel needs. Not only does she book the trip, but she also helps plan excursions, lines up transfers and transportation needs, is in contact on the day or evening before travel, is available during the trip and follows up when it is time to return. Our family is so thankful for the wonderful adventures we have been able to go on with Karen's planning and expertise. In fact, my husband and I have a Rhine River cruise planned with her in April. I have no doubt I will have everything I need for another exciting adventure!!

We are beyond grateful for the incredible week we were able to spend on the Carnival Mardi Gras, all thanks to Karen! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience for our whole family. The ship itself is amazing and has so much to do, beautiful spaces, great entertainment, and something for every age. What truly made the trip special was the opportunity to relax, reconnect, and make lasting family memories.
