Lori did a great job coordinating travel for 4 of us traveling together from two different parts of the county. Our trip was originally planned prior to the Covid pandemic and had to be postponed. Lori seamlessly handled everything while keeping us informed and up-to-date. When we were able to travel again, Lori informed us of what information and requirements were now needed. She rebooked our tour group, airline and airport transportation. While we waited to go on our trip, Lori took time to keep us updated on all the changing covid testing requirements ensuring we would not have any surprises during our travels. She also promptly made sure we received all necessary information from our tour company so we could adequately prepare for our trip.

Awesome Senior Spring Break!

We took. group of boys here for their senior spring break and it was a great time! It was a perfect resort for prices point, food, entertainment and something for everyone! First, Lori was right on with Holland as the cruise to take seeing Alaska. Well planned, great accommodations, excellent food, fun shows and activities.

She guided us in the perfect stateroom location, side trips, and most importantly documents needed for travel , luggage identification, and itineraries throughout our 10 day travel.

The best trip of our lives!

Two years ago my husband and I decided we would take our family on an Alaskan cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in 2025. The group included our adult son and daughter, their spouses and our three grandchildren—ages 12, 10 and 9. (Our son and his family live in Philly; the rest of us in Minneapolis.) None of us had ever been on a cruise. We worked with Lori from the get-go to plan a 10-day cruise/land tour with Princess cruise lines. As soon as the 2025 bookings for the Sapphire Princess became available, Lori selected and booked the best staterooms on the ship for us, which included a family suite and two mini-suites. The trip involved a cruise from Vancouver into Glacier Bay with stops in Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway, and then a domed train ride into Denali Park. There is NO WAY we could have planned and organized the logistics of a multi-generational 9-person Alaskan expedition without Lori’s guidance. Everyone had an absolutely marvelous time, everything worked out

Lori helped myself and extended family put together an Alaskan Cruise in May of 2025. For many of us, it was our first time on a cruise. Lori helped us get rooms near each other and walked us through any questions we had. We had the most unreal trip you could ever imagine...our flight was grounded midway to our destination because of a security threat. The city we landed in was not a city that our airline flew out of, so things were absolutely crazy. Everyone else on our flight was panicked and calling the airline...but not us! We had Lori in our corner, and she handled everything!! With three little kids in a situation like this, we already had our hands full, so you can imagine how phenomenal it was to not have to worry about calling the airline, trying to get information and freaking out about the unknowns. When we decided to travel this year, I thought I would set it up all on my own. I can do this right? I found that there were so many things that I needed to research and consider. Lori arranged an excellent 6 day sunny spring break vacation for my husband and I along with our two good friends. She listened to all of our requests regarding ocean front rooms, location of resort, and price range. After talking with Lori, she provided us with three different options and we made our selection. We decided to try an adults only all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which was wonderful! The food, service, and the optional excursions were all top notch. Lori was amazing at every step of this planning process. Due to covid and other circumstances, this trip had to be rescheduled multiple times. She couldn't have been more patient with us. Due to her hard work and planning, my kids and I had a once in a lifetime European trip to remember! We didn't have one issue with the entire trip. I'd highly recommend Lori to anyone planning a trip!

Family Fun Vacation

We worked with Lori to book a family vacation to Niagara Falls (the Canadian side). She quickly responded to my initial request and asked several follow up questions to make sure she could book a great vacation for us! After showing us several options for places to stay, she also helped us get attractions lined up.
Our trip was wonderful and Lori provided us with lots of ideas of places to visit. She was also great about make sure we had the proper documents for travel with our children over the border.
