Kim was wonderful and amazing to work with from the beginning, the bumps in the road (not her fault) and the end. Kim sent us a folder and some treats with all of our travel info. She reassured us when there were issues in Mexico and provide suggestions on how to keep safe while traveling. Any time I had a question, she was prompt and helpful! She helped us reserve our cabanas which were a must for a us fair skin people. :) She even helped provide suggestions on excursions for our trip based on what we were looking for! On our day of our flight to Mexico, Kim was amazing to help us when our flight got cancelled. She was calling the airline, using the chat feature all while dealing with my frantic messages and giving advice of what to do aka do not leave the airport. Her help and suggestions helped us get rebooked on a flight the next day. When we got back, she was kind enough to send us documents we would need for our travel insurance to help make the process smooth. Thank you Kim for all your help!!

Kim did a fantastic job of making sure our surprise Christmas/Birthday trip was a huge success & a very memorable experience for our family! She helped us coordinate everything we needed to ensure a wonderfully relaxing week aboard the Utopia of the Seas. She provided all the booking details, important dates, reservation timelines, itineraries, and fun tips/tricks for sailing. She even sent me messages when items were arriving by mail, so we could keep our trip a surprise for the kids! Kim was also very helpful in recommending activities before our cruise. We decided on Discovery Cove in Orlando, which was amazing & one of our kids' most favorite memories from our trip!! They loved swimming with tropical fish, rays, and dolphins all day. She even helped watch for special pricing and Black Friday Sales to ensure we stayed within our budget. We can't wait to plan another trip in the future and will reach out to Kim for any further recommendations & bookings.

Kim worked with me for a year planning the trip of a lifetime to Disney World for my entire family. She answered my never ending questions and emails and was awesome and made the experience so memorable.

Kim helped my mom and I plan a trip to Disney World. We went to celebrate my birthday and to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. She was so helpful and knowledgeable as we planned. She answered all of my questions and shared countless suggestions and reminders. It was so nice to go into the trip knowing everything was taken care of because she was so thorough with us. It was a magical birthday (oh and it was my mom's first time there!)!! Kim even reached out right before we left to say have fun and safe travels and then again after we got back to ask how things were. I cannot wait to work with her again.
