An Alasak cruise is a bucket-list vacation for me, and Kayla has made the whole process so easy, from booking the cruise to lining up flights and hotel rooms. She’s been organized, patient (very), responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. My husband isn’t able to handle travel arrangements anymore, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without Kayla. Kayla booked a Disney Cruise for our family of 9 (3 rooms) with specific dates in mind in June 2025. She was thorough and responsive throughout the whole process. If she didn't know the answer to my question she got back to me in a short time. We did buy the travel insurance which was peace of mind. The few days before our cruise one family member had a medical emergency and we weren't sure the trip would happen. She was helpful with calls to Disney and with the travel insurance company regarding possibly canceling our trip and the forms needed to be filled out etc. She took the stress out of a stressful time for us. We have debated a cruise for years but had no idea how to go about it and who to cruise with. I gave the time line for vacation and places that we had no desire to visit in today’s world.
