Secrets Royal Beach was the most amazing resort and fit our needs for a small family wedding in paradise. She helped my daughter navigate through every step and made sure everything was just right for us. We were blown away and can't thank her enough!

We were very appreciative of her knowledge since this was our first cruise. She was always available to answer questions and even met with us several times to plan and book excursions as well as give us tips on what to pack since temperatures are very different in Alaska than Texas in July! There were two other couples that traveled with us and Jeri Lea made sure our flights, cruise ship rooms, and excursions were all together. We picked an incredible hotel just North of Tulum in Mexico called Catalonia Royale Tulum. We paid about $900 per person for our all-inclusive. That was a 4 night stay, hotel trasportation to and from the airport, all food and beverage AND flights. I could not believe the bang for our buck!! Thank you Jeri Lea for your help with this vacation. We loved it and we cannot wait to pick our next destination.

Jeri Lea has been fantastic! Though the circumstances were not always favorable due to the pandemic, she always stayed positive and “in the know” about the changing regulations for our travel destination. Jeri Lea met me at the office on a Sunday evening to make sure I was equipped with all travel documents and properly checked in for our trip the following day. Thankful for her customer service and commitment to ensuring the best experience for our vacation!

The first time we met with Jeri we knew our destination but did not know everything we had to plan and set up. She helped us with making our flight plans, choosing our resort at Disney World, tickets for Disney land, and how to do mobile orders for food. We also planned for two days at Universal Studios with food plans. We were set for June 2020 and then had to change our plans to July 2020. Jeri helped us to make new reservations. Again, due to COVID, we had to move our trip to June 2021. Again, Jeri helped us with all of our planning(for the third time). She met with us a week before we left to help. She reviewed things for us to remember and asked if we had any questions. When we went to Universal Studio the first day we had forgotten to take our confirmation number. We immediately called Jeri and she returned our call quickly. She gave us our confirmation number so we could continue our day. Jeri was there for us from the planning and through the trip.

Was an absolute pleasure working with Jeri. She handled everything we could have asked from her and went above and beyond to provide excellent service to us from the moment we reached out with her until the conclusion of our Honeymoon.
