Shannon worked so professionally to deal with a 10-day, 7-people trip where we all began in London and then split off to 2 different destinations. AND, after she had everything done, Covid cancelled the trip. So she did it all again several months later, only to have the unfortunate passing of Queen Elizabeth disrupt part of our plans. Nonetheless, the ultimate trip was very smooth, with lovely accommodations, great advice, and several varieties of transportation. Absolutely a dream experience!

Shannon was great on this cruise. This one happened by accident. With the cruise stoppage due to Covid, I had a lot of cruise credits built up that had to be used. I had used a Carnival credit to book in September of this year. Suddenly I had a RCCL credit that had to be used as well. I found an RCCL cruise in September that was a perfect fit, but it meant cancelling Carnival.
An attractive offer appeared for this April. Shannon booked my RCCL for September, moved the Carnival booking from September to April (change of date, port, and ship, but she was able to avoid all penalties). At the same time she was juggling credits for me for three other cruises. Even though this is cruise 17 she did a telephone walk through with me before my sail date. It was helpful as things have changed. I booked my own hotel & flights, Shannon was cool with that. Whether you book the full package or just some items with them, Elite and Shannon still give full service.

Shannon was very helpful in getting our trip together and helping all the way through the process until we arrived home. Its nice to have a friendly helpful person to talk to in person when we had questions.

My husband and I usually take one or two trips a year and recently, we've stayed stateside and I've done all the planning myself. After discussion about our end of Summer trip, we decided we wanted to go somewhere sunny, and warm with a beach vibe. I contacted Shannon and laid out for her what I wanted, the dates I needed (which were pretty short notice) and gave her two locations to work with. Within less than 24 hours, she came back to us with a great choice at the two separate destinations. We chose Jamaica and are so very glad we did. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Flights were seamless and, quite frankly, some of these easiest flight processes that I've been through, AND that was going through customs twice, so I was pleased with that. I'm not the easiest person to get along with in an airport line, but this trip was smooth. We stayed at Sandals, Royal Caribbean, in Montego Bay for 5 nights, 6 days. The services there were outstanding and we had no issues with checking in or out. Shannon did a fantastic job planning our entire trip and we were more than pleased with her services. I would recommend Elite Travel to all friends and family looking to do something 'more' than a simple weekend outing, and if you want seamless.......I'd call Shannon for a fun filled weekend that's simple for the traveler.

Shannon helped us plan our Washington DC. We had a great time. We toured the US Capitol, walked the National Mall while seeing multiple monuments including the Washington, Lincoln, WW II, Vietnam, and Korean War monuments. We visited two Smithsonian museums and the Museum of the Bible. We had good accommodations at the Residence Inn and several really good meals. Thank you Shannon for helping us plan a great trip

We took our first trip to the east coast while also tackling our first national park visit. Maine was breathtaking and everything we had dreamed of. The ladies at Elite Travel did an incredible job planning our daughter’s senior graduation trip to Destin, Florida! From condo rentals and wave runner dolphin tours to golf cart rentals and tee times, every detail was handled with care. They were quick to respond—even while we were on the trip. A well plan trip with many excellent suggestions for excursions and site to see. A real plus was a tour of New Orleans which also solved the problem of not having to keep up with our suitcases at trips end while waiting for a late flight.

Shannon was very thorough! She was also able to adjust our returning flights the week before the cruise (cruise line had changed our original flight time, Shannon got them changed back.
