Kristen helped us plan a Universal/Disney Trip. It would be our first time to Universal and we couldn’t have done it without Kristen’s expertise! We had such a fabulous time!

We were so excited to plan a Disney cruise for the entire family. Kristen helped every step of the way- from the initial reservations, to helping us plan while keeping it a surprise for the kids, to guiding us step by step with all the details. Kristen was incredible in planning our entire Disney vacation. From waking up early to secure all the best reservations to providing expert knowledge on everything Disney, she made the entire process feel seamless and enjoyable. Our stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge in a Safari room was unforgettable, and we loved the park days, especially the Epcot fireworks show. A highlight was our time at Storybook Dining, where we got to meet the Evil Queen. Another special character encounter was with Mirabel, who made such a special connection with my daughter over each wearing glasses. The Tron ride was a thrill, especially that launch! Kristen truly made our trip magical, and we can't wait to work with her again for our next adventure.

I took my mother to Disney World this December for a few days of rest and relaxation. Kristen managed to book everything we needed without any issues. I've never had a vacation go so smoothly. Hotel, tickets, rides, restaurants: Kristen booked them all and missed nothing. She was always available for questions and could pivot quickly if we changed our mind on something. I only wish she could control the weather so it was a few degrees warmer! I would be more than happy to book another vacation with her. From the start, she gave us plenty of lead time to finalize our plans every step of the way. Constantly checked in to make sure everything was still on point and even checked in during the vacation to make sure all was good! Thank you so much for helping me with a vacation that will hold special memories for me!

We had the best time. All of the things Kristen was able to set up for us ahead time was super helpful! Meals, rides, etc. I feel like we had a great flow to our day and not too much downtime! She answered all of my questions and really helped make the trip wonderful.

We loved everything about the Warner Brothers tour and especially learning about the history of so many shows and movies that were filmed there. The tips you shared with us for Universal Studios Hollywood really helped us maximize our time in Super Nintendo World, and we can't wait to go back. We also got so much done during our park days at Disneyland because of your advice on how to use Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes. The dining recommendations you made were all so good too!

Kristen is amazing! I’ve worked with Kristen for a number of years on multiple trips. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and organized. Her attention to detail is exquisite and having a timeline of events at your fingertips is so helpful which she creates for your trip.

This trip included a good portion of our family flying in from Chicago area and included a cruise on the Disney Wish to the Bahamas as well as 3 days at Walt Disney World. Many of us had never been on a cruise prior to this trip. Some of the participants had mobility issues as well. To say it was complicated is an understatement! Kristen arranged for all of our rooms to be in a row and all had balconies. The partitions had all been moved allowing our family to move between the rooms or sit out on any of the balconies. It was absolutely wonderful!

Kristen is genuinely excited and happy to help plan your vacation. From the time you start working with her gathering info about what you want to do, to assisting with questions while on your vacation, she looks forward to making sure you have the best experience. Even while you are on your vacation, and even you are not worried about it, she is still trying to make sure you can achieve all your plans. For example, one event we wanted to schedule was was fully booked, but while we were on the trip, it opened up and she booked it! She was still looking out for us! And nobody knows Disney better than Kristen! It was a pleasure working with her, as she took a lot of the stress out of the planning process.
