Dave is wonderful at organizing and making sure everything comes together with a trip. I've been on 2 trips so far and they were both awesome.

Every trip we took we booked with Dave. Flights, hotels and rental vehicles. There was a minor event that forced us to return home from Norway earlier than planned. When we thought we were in a pickle, Dave was not only 100% readily available, he took on the task to get us home when we needed to. We also love how Dave can book hotels via Expedia, which is reassuring knowing we see the same hotels he does.

He is so proactive! He knows more than any other travel agent I've used, not just about destinations, but about what is in the small print. DW also walks the talk as he has traveled extensively to over 40 or 50 countries and has won many awards for his expertise as the best travel agent ever.
