Olivia was a delight to work with in planning our trip to Kaua’i and Oahu. She helped us define our priorities and drew from her experience in making great suggestions regarding our timeline and potential destinations and activities. Olivia booked our flights, hotels, car rental and a couple tours. She was very accommodating in making a slight change in our itinerary and we greatly appreciated her flexibility. The flights went smoothly, we enjoyed the two hotels she booked and the tours were fabulous! They were vendors she had experience with and I would highly recommend them. One was a whale watching tour off Kaua’i where we saw multiple whales and were followed by a baby whale which was separated from its mother. Some masterful maneuvering by the boat’s captain kept a tiger shark from attacking the baby whale. Our helicopter tour over Kaua’i to the NaPali Coast was also a great experience. Liv Travel made our honeymoon amazing! She listened to everything that was important to us and provided us with two resort options. Her emails provided detailed information about both of the resorts to help us decide. She was very responsive and put in the work to give us prices to leave from different airports. We really appreciated some of the extras that she provided such as a pdf containing tips for Mexico and tips for our specific resort.

Olivia was incredible! We had never left the US before, and therefore had a million questions. She never made us feel bad for asking them, and she was very quick to respond. (Even one evening on the trip, when I emailed her late at night, anxious thoughts keeping me up, she replied within 15 minutes putting my mind instantly at ease!) We also had requests that needed same-day scheduling and she handled it like a pro! I think I was still ON my trip and telling people they need to book through her for trips. And that will continue now that I am home too.

My experience was amazing. I was nervous about leaving the country for the first time and she did all she could to reassure me. She was quick to answer any questions I had, she asked the right questions to make sure I was getting the trip I wanted.

At first, I was hesitant to go on a group trip full of people I had never met before. By the end of the trip, I was having a blast. I even made plans with some of the people in the group to have local outings with. New friendships were made.

Extending our gratitude for the incredible trip you planned for us at Couples Swept Away resort on Jamaica's stunning Seven Mile Beach. A seamless experience from arrival, with the VIP pass and private driver, (highly recommend) everything was absolutely perfect. From the resort location, our room with walkout patio was breathtaking, the food was ALL great and the resort included many excursions we participated in.
