We were able to enjoy our entire trip with no worries or time spent dealing with arrangements. Before our trip, Holly gave us a checklist of what was needed to enter Mexico and what to expect. During our trip, she confirmed our shuttle back to the airport. People who we traveled with who used Priceline, spent hours talking to a number of agents between their airline and Priceline trying to confirm a return home reservation. Holly promptly responded to my questions prior to our trip. She is wonderful to work with for a vacation!

If you're looking for a safe, beautiful getaway, I'd highly recommend Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico! We had an oceanview suite overlooking the pools and ocean...everything was so clean and well-kept! We were steps away from the beach where we spent hours relaxing with no interruptions like you might find at other Caribbean beaches. The food was spectacular, the service was just as great and we would highly recommend this destination!
