John is professional and willing to answer any questions that we have. Traveling is much easier with John being part of the process. His recommendations and expertise saved us a lot of money on our vacation.
Having fallen ill during a recent cruise, we appreciated John’s expert knowledge in navigating through the insurance claim process. The mere fact that he recommended securing insurance for the trip saved us a big chunk of money considering the costs associated with rebooking our flights.
John also secured a partial refund prior to cruising due to the cruise line reducing ticket costs.
