Our trip to Italy was a celebration of my son's graduation and a way for him to connect to our family's past. Our 3rd Europe trip organized by Eva. Accommodations have always been over the top! She is easy to reach, and knowledgeable about the destinations, recommending tours that we otherwise would not have done...or would have stood in line waiting for. The "skip the line" tours that she arranged were convenient and saved us hours, allowing for additional sightseeing. All transportation connections that aeva put together were seemless, from the personalized pickup at the Airport, to the water taxi to the airport. Here we are in the middle of the Coronavirus situation and trying to decide should we go or cancel. Being of a certain age, we knew we were at risk. Making the decision to put off the trip was very hard personally. However, Eva was never pushy. She understood our situation completely. Our trip was for May but in order to get refunds and credits, we had to decide. Our group decided to put it off for a while. Eva could not be more gracious and understanding. I would say that even under hard times she is very understanding; that is putting our concerns before her own. A truly compassionate person. Of course, we will go eventually and, of course, we will use Eva. She's the best.

Eva took care of all the details for our 40th anniversary Alaska adventure. We did the "Deluxe Alaska Sampler" tour through Alaska Railroad. We saw a lot in six days. Mountains, glaciers, sled dogs & wildlife, all while traveling Gold Star class on the train. Hotels every night. The Axus app had our itinerary, which took a lot of the guesswork out making connections.

A group of eight of us wanted to plan an all inclusive trip to Mexico. Eva was excellent about providing us with a lot of available resort options. Once we all reviewed the information, we were able to choose a resort, that met our criteria.
Eva then handled all of the bookings for us. We started our discussions with Eva almost a year in advance. Our choice, in order to ensure, we were all able to travel at the same time. We were not able to book the air lines, until our travel time was closer. Eva arranged all of our transportation. She handled our down payment, and reminded us when the final payment was due. Everything went very well. We had no issues with any of our travel plans, and the resort was everything we had hoped for. Eva provided helpful hints, about our travels that also came in handy. For example, she explained the entire process of going through customs in Cancun. It was helpful to know what to expect before we went through the process.

Everything is perfectly planned from driver meeting at airport, centrally located hotels, Skip the line tickets to attractions{example the Eiffel Tower. Have been on two river boat trips that she planned. Just recently returned from a trip to Canada. In Montreal we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. Tours she arranged were excellent. Traveled to Quebec City by Train. It was comfortable. They even had a cart with lunch. The Hotel in Quebec was perfectly located.Wonderful trip. I go with friend and we've already book for a river boat in Portugal. Eva manages to get us single rooms so we don't have to share. She is precise and takes care of everything.
